Usually this is my go to place, but the last couple times I have gone a certain guy was overly rude and genuinely seemed like I was just a bother. I may not go back.

This place was pretty good the first few times I went in. Now their menu hasn't matched the store stock the past 3 times and the bud tenders have been the least helpful of any place I've ever been. I highly recommend not wasting your time here.

pro: beautifully put together store. con: i felt like the budtenders we're winging their way through the conversation i had with them rather than actually being knowledgeable. education is huge. flower quailty for the price was also a let down

Very terrible at updating their menu they never have anything in stock. The budtenders try to persuade you into getting bad quality medication just to get a sale!

Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Great, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of flower, oils, edibles and tinctures. This has become my goto place.

they say they close at 7pm but that's a lie went at 645 on a Saturday and they were all closed up and had been! they have all small buds and you can't even smell it before you buy it!

Stopped by a few times, each time I've been helped by people who do not know anything at all and just read labels on the packaging. Also the only thing in shop worth buying are the dabs from Willamette valley. I'll never go back when there are better shops with better product.

Absolutely love it! Dispensary or not, one of the most professional places I have ever been in. Extremely helpful and informative, and great quality for great prices! Will become my favorite and place to go!

Well, if your into bougie, this is your place, It appears fancy inside and out. Their product is well displayed, appearance is everything with them. Too bad they cannot hire a human with any customer service experience. Rude and incompetent are the only words I can use to describe. I will never return.

Package needs improvement and the products aren't high quality at all.

I came in and was promptly welcomed by the entire staff. Not just one person. Sam approached and helped me as soon as he was finished with his current customers, as it was busy when i came in. I ended waiting like 2 min. but that was perfect as it gave me a second to catch my breath at the wide variety i had to choose from. I told Sam i leaned more toward the Sativa side for high energy and good times, as it was my birthday and i wanted to have fun. Sam immediately recommended the Select 1g cartilage of Blue Diesel and explained its uplifting and creative effects. I had decided it was the right one for me. i came home to immediately try and was appalled at how accurate his assessment of the Blue Diesel Select cartilage was. I feel very energetic and ready to conquer the day. i am thoroughly happy with my choice in dispensary, bud tender(Sam), and his educated choice in herbal supplement. thank you Diamond. I'm coming back when this cartilage is empty.

Bought an 8th which isnt a lot of weed but i got home and rolled up a joint. Well upon rolling the joint i notice there is only 2 LITTLE nugs left after rolling this 1 joint needless to say i weighed it myself and it did weigh on point but its obvious that something was done to the bud to make it weigh more cause ive bought plenty of 8ths in my life and have got way more out of it

very neat, very professional folks in there. Ive gotten some amazing flower from there, i think Wednesdays are my favorite, prerolleds!! and they introduced me to the Dragons Blend Balm! it work miracles.

This is by far the Best dispensary in southern Oregon! I have been a loyal customer for months and everyone has always treated me more than just a customer and strive to ensure I leave with exactly what I want and need! Great location, with great product and staff. Every one welcomes you as soon as you walk in. We are usually assisted by Alyssa, she is awesome, great customer service skills and always helping with recominding products. One of our fav. go to places!

Ivy was helpful and chill. I like going here, always quick and easy service. The prerolls are a fav, sometimes the top shelf is on sale and it is NICE 👍🏽

I've been buying from these guys for a couple years now but I will not be anymore. I have a skin condition that causes me to grow calluses under my finger nails and they in turn shatter, so I wear latex gloves almost all the time, including when I answer the door. In the last couple weeks however they've gotten new young delivery drivers and when I tried to order recently I was contacted by the general manager and told they wouldn't deliver to my residence anymore because my skin condition is a health hazard, he never bothered to question if I was wearing gloves or took precautions to minimalism the exposure of others like their staff, which I did, he bluntly informed me they wouldn't accept orders from me anymore and lectured me about how having open wounds is a health hazard. Way to confront your customer over their health condition on behalf of your woke gen zed hyper sensitive employee. That's about 120$ a week I'll be spending elsewhere from now on for sure, even if it costs me a little more.

Not a damn thing. Kyra was super helpful to me as an out of state patient. I really appreciated the conversation we had, not only the products I bought. Really thankful that we live in the time we do where marijuana is readily available for people/patients like me. thanks again Kyra for all your help!

feel exposed to everyone walking in because of location. Good service quality buds, however kind of expensive.
