I love this store! they're super friendly and helpful, and they're all well informed about what they sell and as such can answer pretty much any questions you may have as well as giving great suggestions based on what you're looking for.

This store is #1 to me in all of washington. awesome humans, awesome prices, awesome glass, awesome everything. i love this place. even better, there hosting a fair today and im going.

really friendly staff, great selection and honestly after shopping around In bremerton 420 has the best selection in my opinion. it's not as nice looking as the reef but it's more laid back and honestly more friendly. my only gripe is really a personal and stupid so it's not even worth mentioning, hands down best place in Bremerton, and I've been to them all.

Wow, I used to be part of a medical collective.....this place puts their bud quality to shame. They have a wiiiide!!! Variety of products to include dab rigs, papers, pipes, etc. Their customer service was also amazing. Didn't know about the vet discount untill now(I should have done more research), but do like that they have it. I think I found a new home!!

Great shop with a ton of variety. I have found that some of the staff are awesome and some don't have a clue so YMMV. All in all though, it's my favorite shop in the area. Wish I would have known about the Vet discount, it isn't very well advertised.

Not only does this shop offer a vet discount, unlike all the other shops in Bremerton, they pay attention to detail, and don't push top shelf, expensive strains on vets (Thanks, Shipmate!) They offer a diverse range of strains, a chill atmosphere where you can take your time and review the menu in peace, instead of having a bored, impatient budtender eyeball molest you! :)

My #1 spot in Kitsap (sorry guys, I see other people sometimes.. when it's convenient). As with ECC on 303 before they closed (I know some staff from ECC is here, grateful for the familiarity), the product is always great, and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, the one and only time I took issue with one employee's service last year, after a simple question regarding holiday hours got me attitude in return, there was almost instantaneous resolution. When I mentioned the phone conversation during my visit, the problem was acknowledged and addressed rather than brushed off, and I noticed a positive change going forward. They have several "menus" right inside the door, and they appear to be updated for each day. Of course it isn't practical to update paper menus throughout the day so I wouldn't expect that they do.. but usually low stock is indicated on the menu, so you might be prepared to not have that product be available to you if it is marked as such. However, availability of anything on the menu may have been an issue once ever for me. Their selection seems pretty large to me, at least when it comes to flower. I only wish I didn't have to go somewhere else to reliably find Top Shelf cartridges.. but that's okay. I would say the only thing they really lack as far as options go is glass. I broke the actual bowl of my bowl a while back, so I figured I would just get a new one when I went in.. but the options were so limited in design and size variation that I was basically stuck with one specific bowl. Not a huge deal, but I like options, especially when it comes to my glass. Each piece of glass should have a life of its own.. this replacement doesn't. In any case, I almost didn't go to this location in my search for a new "home" after ECC closed. I had been disappointed in all the other local places I had gone and it seemed like an odd place to choose, right next to parking lots half full of dead businesses. But I did go and I am glad I did. Thank you.

Gone here for a while now. Over the past year they have jacked the prices a LOT! A couple of the newer employees there are extremely rude and disrespectful. I hate to say it but I am switching stores. My last experience was a 0/10 in customer service, show people a little bit of respect and it goes a long way.

Hands Down this is the best dispensary on the East Side of Bremerton. They have a large Variety of products and usually friendly staff. (Some are more uptight than others). But as far as product goes, you wont be disappointed. Plus you can't beat the Veterans Discount that no one else in the Area Honors. Thank You For Caring.

I have shopped here several times in the past couple years and after the last time I decided no more. They are more expensive than other places but what really irks me is how rude they have become. Any question I may have is received with actual eye rolls as if I’m disrupting their day. I’ll never shop here again after it happened repeatedly. I have found plenty of other places happy to have my business and and answer question with a smile. Not here.

Not my favorite but not bad. I find better quality elsewhere. I would still check it out as I think a lot of people will love this place.

I came into the store to purchase a cartridge by the cream, it was Granddaddy Purple but the guy sold me the 1:1 instead which that has never happened to me before, I called the store within 30 minutes of the purchase, I did not have a receipt but the guy told me to bring back the item unopened and they could do an exchange but to check back next week because the product was sold out. I just came into the store to get my exchange and an employee named Robert treated me horribly, I think he thought I was scamming him but I just wanted my Exchange, he refused to help me. Never have I been treated so poorly in a cannabis shop before and the guy who spoke to me on my phone he took my name down which is Chris by the way said it was going to be super easy and they would even give me a discount so I get some money back. Absolutely horrible experience I wouldn't shop here.
