12/10 service every single time. I've been using Caliva Delivery for over a year now and have literally never found a reason to go elsewhere. Their prices are unbeatable, the drivers are mega friendly, the customer service is alwaysss on point, and the app/website is very user friendly and efficient. Not to mention their Deli products are incredibleeee im a huge fan. Caliva forever. (P.S. Delivery Drivers: Thank you so much for always being so loving toward my dog. Y'all truly make her day.) Edit: Now that I am an official California Medical Marijuana Identification Card holder, I expect to be able to order up to 8 ounces per day as well as have the state sales taxed waived. I learned today that with Caliva's "new POS system", they are unable to do either of those things. So until they figure out how to get their new system to accommodate for state regulations, I guess I found my reason to go elsewhere :/

I had Fabian make an delivery when traffic was off the charts bad. Luckily, he had a great mood about the whole thing and was apologetic about my delay. What a guy! What a reason to stay with Caliva.

I purchased two eighths through this delivery service. Their website stated the two eights I was purchasing tested at 33% and 34%. When I received my order I gave the driver my money and tipped him. I then went in to my house opened my order and saw one flower had a 28% that's absolutely NOT what I purchased, the second flower tested at 30% AGAIN NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!! I called back and they offered me a pathetic excuse of an apology, and eventually HUNG UP ON ME!!! WOW seriously!?? You screw me over and give me a lower percentage weed and then hang up on me when I call you out on your weak excuse of trying to make it better!! The most horribly ran shop I have ever dealt with and I HIGHLY advise you to not spend your money here. There's far better places to go to that do NOT FALSELY ADVERTISE and inflate their THC percentages!!
