I've been shopping at this dispensary for the majority of the year, and it's quickly become my favorite spot. The selection of top quality, hard to find brands, and generous sales keeps me coming back regularly. All of the staff from the security to the owner are all friendly and easy to talk to, with one exception. One of their budtenders seems to constantly be in a bad mood. He's curt and occasionally condescending, puts concentrate into the bag with no care for how it's facing, and seems to rush the transaction every time to try to get me out the door and away from him. His bad attitude bums me out pretty often, and I honestly can't stand ending up with him when I go in anymore. His sour demeanor was part of what pushed me to try going to other places again.

Fun shop! Friendly staff and a lot of options of quality products. Newly and can’t wait to see it grow!

Shady spot on the corner of grand with a very small "parking lot." Opening the door you're stared at by everyone - unknowing who will be the budtender to help, or to micro-manage. The budtender never seemed relaxed, but had moved on from giving me misinformation a few months ago (re: adults can only carry 1oz & 5g of concentrate regardless of medical status). Finally decided to give them another chance, they had no idea what I was talking about for my BOGO that I was publicly told on a previous review that got deleted that I would receive at my next visit. Originally I was told 20% however they had no idea they said that, maybe someone deleted the chat? I don't. Regardless, I will not be back, I'll make the drive to tempe and enjoy a festival while I'm there. Overpriced- way better sales right around the corner at 5 other dispensaries. They may carry products that aren't elsewhere in west valley, but there's probably a reason for that.

My only complaint is Everytime I go to a dispensary, I feel rushed. I appreciate the letting me know that he is ready to help me, but I would like some time to look around on my own without feeling like the budtender is waiting on me. So I guess I'm saying is maybe just a little time to myself to look around. Who knows I might even rack a bigger ticket if had a good look around first. But all in all place is DOPE! Staff was cool too

Great prices and very helpful budtenders! Got some concentrates and edibles for less than I expected! Will definitely recommend and be back to get some more!

I loved that the ATM dispensed $5’s.. Everybody is so friendly, including the security guard who checks you in.. this place has the vibe you’d want from a cannabis store.. good deals and good people everyday when you go to Deeply Rooted
