Curaleaf Queens has great service, everyone was very professional and always does their best to help me and everyone else who comes in! Their products work and I've stopped smoking cigarettes almost completely. Robert, Victoria, and Cherish are my go to associates, they have always provided me with the best customer service ever! What a great experience as a new medical patient! I met with a very knowledgeable pharmacist to discuss what products would be best for me to treat my conditions. The pharmacist spent almost a full hour with me and really broke everything down to the science. The associate who helped me after my pharmacy consultation was so patient and helpful! She explained different strains to me and even showed me how to use the products. I received 30% off my first purchase as a new patient which was an awesome bonus! I definitely will be coming back.

Great spot, good prices, amazing flower (lots of little nugs, not just finely ground) and seem to have good discounts. Didn’t seem to have the best edible selection, I’ll go somewhere else to get matter chews

First time visiting a dispensary, very positive experience. Staff was helpful and knowledgable. Good selection of products, coupons and sales kept the prices reasonable. Vape pens are cheaper than buying on the street and you're getting a better quality SAFE product. Looking forward to next visit.

This is a very good store, The location is terrific just a block and around the corner from the Queens Cont.Ave-71at Ave E,F,R and M trains in the heart of Forest Hills, the store is. well lit, clean and attractive in an Apple store way with large glass enclosed display cases and a lot of bleached wood. The staff are excellent (my go-to is Victoria, she knows everything and answers any questions patiently and with a smile) but in truth, I've never had any staff member be anything but gracious and helpful. They have private consultation rooms if you have questions regarding your treatment or which is what when it comes to choosing which CBD or cannabis option available and their prices are as good as I've seen in shops of this nature. And btw, if you are making your first trip to Forest Hills, after your shopping is done, take a few minutes to walk five minutes south of the store into Forest Hills Gardens for a walk through one of the most surprising and attractive neighborhoods in all of NYC. If you like Central and Prospect Parks, you'll like what you see in the Gardens because the landscaped architecture was designed by the son of the designer of those two parks.

Noting else to say they got Élite great to sleep and the pain

I have been to multiple dispensaries in NYC and this is by-far the best. Aside from the cost, the employees are always kind, helpful, and have a smile. It is a calming and friendly environment. I've recommended this store multiple times, including to my doctor who prescribed me.

Instead of calling me the “ Customer” to say they’ve run out of A specific item, instead they had me come all the way there to inform me. Do better curaleaf.

Great staff who are knowledgeable & helpful.

I have never been to a more welcoming, and helpful dispensary! I am fairly new to the dispensary lifestyle and have only been to a couple other dispensaries, but out of all of my experiences so far, Cura Leaf has topped them all. The staff are very well educated and extremely helpful in regards to concerns about which products you should use, any issues with products, and any general questions about medical marijuana. Although some products are a bit expensive, the quality is worth it.

Last week I went to your store to fill my order for my medical cannabis and your security guard gave me a really hard time. He told me that I need to show my medical my certification, and I had just given it to the guy the week before and I told him it’s in the system just look it’s right there. He started screaming and yelling at me about you. Need to always have that when you come here and like listen I’ve had this problem with you in the past. I’m tired of this shit I don’t need this, you can look right and I said on top of that you know me because I was one of the first customers here so you need to get together with this guy cause I’m never coming back
