Curaleaf - Jacksonville

This place is awesome! Great products. Really nice, laid back atmosphere, and the best discounts! Trinity and the staff are so great, knowledgeable, and helpful!! I've been to other Curaleaf locations, and other dispensaries, but one this is the best! Thank you Curaleaf for coming to Jax!!! I will definitely see you again!

I brought my son here and he waited 30 mins for his medicine and they ripped him off of ten dollars very sad to see a place act like this but you guys will get what you deserve.

Came in for the first time last night a little before close and was greeted with excellent customer service as the two men working at the time were very helpful and nice. I really appreciated the good energy they were putting out and the help finding products that worked for me!

I have been extremely happy with Curaleaf, it’s products and employees. They are the only ones I have found who offers a Compassionate Care Discount, which I find outstanding. I have been extremely pleased with their products, and they deliver too (without charge). If one hasn’t tried them yet, I would urge one to at least give them a try. They have a full line of products, including tinctures and capsules and topicals for those who prefer another method of delivery. And you won’t have to wait an hour to be served, and can shop “before” you get to the register, unlike that other place that takes so long. For every product they have, Curaleaf has a comparable product, usually for a little less money. And they have a rewards program and other discounts too.

First time customer. Was met by a very nice and helpful young man. Kate was our advisor and she was wonderful. Very knowledge and patient. She is clearly an asset to your company.everyone in the facilty was kind, friendly and very professional. Days later we received a follow up call from Kate to further assist us with any questions or concerns. Again we were completely impressed with the service we received.

I like you actually have a dedicated parking lot... The staff is absolutely fantastic on customer service and care. the product quality isn't very consistent. I would love a color coded system to identify strains once removed from packaging.... I also would love for the associates you hired to be able to show patients * how certain products are used properly..

OMG ... I 💖💖💖💖💖💖 this place!! Yes, they have great deals but the PEOPLE working there is the reason I will keep coming back. Great customer service is SOOOOO hard to find these days and they made me feel like I was VIP. Thank you everyone for making my 1st amazing.😍😍😍

I like the Jacksonville because the product is great the prices are fair and the people I've dealt with there like Chad and Brandon are on point with info and personal opinions of diffrent products. It's a honest dispensary.

I am a return customer of this store specifically due to ease of location. I have had good service from this location since its inception pretty much, but recently got into an issue that seems fairly easy to resolve. I am sure I'm not the only one running into an issue with the amount of inhalation products can be purchased in a given period of time. I purchased products online and went to the store to pick up. I was told my order could not be filled because I had already met my limit. This gentleman also told me to come back at the beginning of the month and I could refill my inhalation product. All good, no problem. I showed up today to be told "sorry" can't fill that yet. The gentleman that told me to come back at the beginning of the month was standing right there saying that it would be after the weekend of July 4th before I can fill any inhalation product. I would believe that if you're going to hold people, users of this product for "medical means, "accountable to this limitation of how much you can vape in a given period of time, that your service personnel could be trained in the product and what the limits mean and that way you can instill trust in the product to those folk's that have come to your business for an identified medical need. Oh heck, I put the order in online. WOW, connect the "database table" that says how much to in a given period of time. You already have a key to match on. NO, could it be an easy fix in this messed up procedure! You really should share this rant. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has run into this issue. The cannabis community could use some help to resolve this issue. I'm just going to call my doctor and have some input on this portion of my usage and hope that in the future I don't get embarrassed twice in a month, by the same employee and the manager standing right there. Unsuitable business practices for sure. I believe some training is needed. Heck, hire me, to review your database, review your requirements, and come up with a more reasonable answer to this obvious breakdown in a simple fix. "Call me" I am willing to share my experience. Clunk, the sound at the end of a rant.

Curaleaf's products aren't as consistently effective for us as others but it's a convenient location and the facility is nice. The good stuff: 1. Location is easy to find, convenient and clean 2. Check-in/out is also easy 3. Security is awesome 4. They carry strain-based products The not-so-good-stuff 1. Product quality has been consistently weak for us; despite labeling we're not having the same success with Curaleaf products as we have others. This is the big reason we don't shop here frequently. 2. They generally lack concentrates 3. Prices are mediocre

I would like to say that all the staff that I talked to were nice but Kristen was just amazing, she worked with me on getting my delivery to me due to me not being at my home. The best customer service I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot because most people don’t go above and beyond. She returned my phone calls quickly and made sure that I got all the meds I ordered. Very personable and she cares about the patients. Just very pleasant and positive person. Plus there products are amazing!! The discounts are amazing. I love the strawberry cotton candy and blue raspberry lemonade!!!! The taste is sweet and amazing!!!!!

On more than one occasion they have not called to verify delivery day and time and then sent me a text telling there one there way ? Each time offering me a 10% discount on top of my discounts I already received. After the second time that happened I told them to cancel the order as the rate we’re going I’ll be getting free deliveries for life. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy.

I called several times. very tolerant and very informative staff . everyone was friendly and very cool.. staff will do what they can to make it a good experience for any individual that was very apparent what more can you really ask when you're getting a great product and decent prices.. Firstly, I love this place! I’m a regular to the 103rd location. The staff is beyond EXCELLENT. Authentic people that genuinely seem like they love their job, everyone is very informative, patient and understanding. As they should be, we’re talking about medicine after all. The product 9/10 does not disappoint, I’ve had a batch of wax I wasn’t into but it wasn’t a fault of Curaleaf. The bud is fresh and packaged very nicely. This place gets you in and out! As someone who struggles with anxiety, I tend to order online so I can make sure it’s a quick process.. and man, is it. Even if I dont pre-order I’ve never been in there longer than 15 minutes. I understand, it can definitely become busy at times but with the service that Curaleaf provides and the AMAZING staff.. you really can’t beat it! ❤️🌿

Great atmosphere people are great. I didn’t like the strawberry chews so much because of the texture. The grassroots flower is good! The buds are soft and has good quality bud.

This was my first time coming to purchase a vape device and product. No one was interested in making sure I knew how to use the device only that I made a purchase. I made it known to Dave at the door and Pam at the register. All the employees were courteous. I had no clue how to put the device together or how to determine the proper amount of the vape. Good thing I was talked into buying gummies.

Holley was super nice and very helpful - I had questions about making butter for the first time, and she was informative and didn't treat me like I was dumb for asking. I love this dispensary, they're always super friendly and have great products!
