Curaleaf - Bonita Springs

There was a small problem with my order but they really hooked me up fixing it. There's no way they could have done better. The location is convenient to I-75 plus the people are knowledgeable and really cool. They almost always have a sale going too. Just look on their website. And if you order on the website, pickup is fast and easy. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is much more private as it is a stand alone building as opposed to being a part of a strip mall or something. All of the staff members have been a huge help and super friendly! I’ve personally received nothing but extraordinary customer service from Bonita store & Curaleaf call center!

Dallas whom works at this BONITA SPRINGS FLORIDA location really goes out of his way to ask how customers are doing,is welcoming to your facility and VERY informative on the products! Your VERY fortunate to have him as your employee!!

was my first time visiting and they made a horrible impression on me. will not come back or recommend. had no system for serving customers or online orders. had no safety precautions for covid. no curbside. no social distancing. just not a good location to come and spend money at.

Only been here twice, but it's great! No 1-2 hour wait like with Trulieve. Super friendly staff, more efficient in getting the transactions done than other dispensaries I've tried. The slim vapes are AMAZING. I have a sensitive throat and this is the first vape pen that doesn't make me cough -- ever. Also, I tried to give my budtender a tip but he said he wasn't permitted, but assured me they pay well enough that it's not necessary. Only critique is that the capsules seem horribly overpriced relative to the amount of THC.

This place is awesome! Always a good atmosphere with good helpful people! Christine and Dallas went well out of there to help take care and look out for there customers! Products are great and well priced! With overall great customer service! Cant go wrong with this dispensary! Best in south west florida! Thank you curaleaf bonita!

The first dispensary I chose to go was Curaleaf Bonita due to the location. It is a clean and professional atmosphere, the staff is very nice and helpful and the products from my experience are great. Dallas was who helped me and was very informative and a pleasure to deal with.

I've been twice to this location, much nicer than the Ft Myers location... lots of room for people to wait, no one is standing on top of one another. The staff here seems to be nice. On my second visit I was heled by Dallas and Brian and they were both very kind, helpful, and funny... which the funny part is often needed, when you are in a lot of pain, it helps get your mind off of your issues. They both went above and beyond, and if I could, I would have given them both a huge tip for being so kind to me and my Mom. The only thing that I would change... and it had nothing to do with the staff, is if they could get more flavors in the slim vape, in both CBD and THC.. that would be great. I am happy they finally got in flavored CBD oil, I am going to have to give that a try sometime.

I am older and falling apart , the young ones are so helpful and kind, they all have separated personality, yet they communicate well. I never feel that I can't ask them a question and they don't make you feel stupid. They are great!!

Staff Was Really Friendly and the Place is Well Kept. OG Kush Cart is Fire and they even threw in A Free Vape Pen Battery which was appreciated.

I received my medical card going on 2 years ago and like many people I took full advantage of the various discount incentives provided at the time for your first order and your first renewal, etc. We save our money when we can. After making the rounds and familiarizing myself with the various dispensaries in my area, I found myself navigating to Curaleaf of Bonita Springs, more and more. Then the pandemic hit and being immune compromised, I immediately switched to delivery orders or curbside pickup. The team at Curaleaf are very professional and really behave in a professional manner, always protecting my medical information, always ready to help answer questions on new products and strains. They have worked with me from the beginning, they provided terpene info when available on the various strains and this helped me when choosing something new because I can compare and choose strains with similar makeup to those that have been successful for me in the past. They always go the extra mile. When I was given my disability diagnosis, I was told to create my own medical team and be sure to select my Doctor, Pharmacy, Hospital, Specialists, etc that I trusted and felt had my best interest in mind. I feel like Curaleaf of Bonita Springs is part of that team.

I placed first time order here for delivery on July 9th and then never got any updates. I finally checked my account and saw my order was listed as archived. I called and had to leave voicemail and got no response. I emailed and got no response. Guess I have to place an order elsewhere.

I have been going to Curaleaf since I got my medical card 2 years ago. I must say they have stepped up their game in Florida, especially with adding shatter to their product menu!!! As soon as flower gets to be the quality that I'm used to, I'll change this to 5 stars, but for now, keep it up Curaleaf. You are awesome!!! Thanks to Dallas for always taking great care of me and being so knowledgeable!!!

So..other than the loud music (kind of offputting for us anxious types) I really LOVE Curaleaf. The product is always top notch and totally affordable. The people however, make it an experience. Garrett is terrific.

I came here my first time when I got my card renewed and they had a promotion for 40% and the guy behind the desk at the time said I can save my first time 50% discount for future orders, came here again when the discount was 40% off everything and asked the person in the front and the person that I bought it from if my 50% is still active and they both assured me I can keep saving it then I came up here today also the 40% discount and I asked two new looking bozo guys and they said it’s only for your second time here. And they had to look in the computer and ask other people took 10+ minutes. So all in all I got my 50% discount scammed from me so be careful and make sure you use your renewal discount

First time to this location I have been to the fort myers location (Peggys always great in fort myers) and it was an amazing experience all around they are doing a great job in bonita the wait time was next to nothing, the associates have great product knowledge and work well as a team the person helping me was Dallas and he was very nice and was patient and answered all my questions no matter how many I had will be staying with the curaleaf company as my main location from the great customer service I am provided every single time

People are outstanding in their field and exceptional with we or me the customer. there's this one employee and his name is DALLAS gave me above and beyond the normal quality of attention. I hadn't had a great day with my pain and he allowed me to be me without any qualms. I left feeling much better due to his mannerism. NinettaB.
