Love the staff!

It was my first time there and Becca was very nice and had dope ass nails

They do not make accommodations for those who has disabilities when it comes to being exempt from wearing a mask! I was told to show up at 8am and someone will be there to accommodate. No one was there. An employee approached and was talking but I do not hear because she is wearing a mask. I showed her a note explaining I am Deaf and am exempt from wearing a mask. She writes on my note and says we open @ 9 am, you must have masks. And get in line. First of all I was in line, the first in line. I just told you I am exempt from wearing a mask! I wrote you have to have an employee come help me outside! She said no! Wow! ADA laws says you must make accommodations for those with disabilities. I have not had any problems at other dispensaries. This dispensary lost my husband, my son and my business! Shame on you for violating my civil rights per the ADA! If you have a disability I do NOT recommend this place.

This was my first time in Bloom. Marie was extremely welcoming and helpful. Quality product and service for sure! I'm inclined to make Bloom my preferred location.

they have a few strains that are poor quality but for the most part amazing store best prices and outstanding customer service

Your thoughts

The lines are long and they don't have separate ones for med and rec, but the service was good. I won't be coming g here again though. I got 6g of wax and all 3 that came in cellophane were a disaster. I lost product not being able to scrape everything off, even though I refrigerated them for a bit first. They were soft, grainy and the wax was all over the place, including on the inside of the packages. too much trouble and loss for me.
