Bloom Was One Of The Top Dispos To Go To & Ever Since It Got New Managers It Has Gone Downhill. Products Used To Be Bomb Asf & Now It Just Tastes Like Chemicals. And These So Call Workers You Hired Who Don't Know Their Shit Or About Any Of The Deals You Have Going On. You Only Have A Few Good Workers Like Evan Who Excel At Customer Service & Actually Knows Their Stuff...

not a big fan. walk in to two receptionist whom never acknowledge you. you dont know which one to give your card to. the staff always looks dull and sorry to be working. and a few times have given me additude for no reason simply for me asking a question. just seems like they don't really care about the patient. I've sat in front of them for at least 3 min. before without either of the employees at the desk acknoledgeing me. also sometimes ill come in for just one or 2 grams and ill be waiting anf ill see 3 or 4 people that ordered after me get there order before me. I would think it would be a first come first serve type deal. overall had better expierences elsewhere. there prices are great if obly they could get the customer service thing down.

I think that the 3 g shake for $20 is actually trim!!! They gave me, 1 gram of whatever the shake suppose to be and the rest of the bag is trim!!! Once I redeem my points. I won't be back.. Guess it all about the money huh??

Bloom has always been amazing. Prices, deals, service have all been great. This last time the trinity blueberry unfortunately had a decent amount of seeds in it :( i will be back of course because this has only happened once. The strain is still amazing, though disappointing to see seeds in dispensary packaged medicine.

Since my first visit/review of Bloom I have not gone anywhere else for my meds because there's no reason! Each time I've been back I've been lucky enough to get a new consultant most every time and each one of them are so helpful, non-judgmental and patient with me since I'm still trying to find the right combo for my disease. The prices are awesome and they are completely cool if you can only afford a pre-roll or two like me every now and then. Raffle Tuesday is amazing and that's usually my day to go see everyone and get my meds. I joined the royalty program and once I can buy more regularly it will be more useful-more double point days would be awesome! My only complaint out of all my visits is that sometimes I come in and one of the front desk ladies, who doesn't seem to be there all that often, looks like she hates being there and never engages with the patient. The other one is always so nice and cheerful and ready to just strike up a convo with you if there's not many people there. Makes it more welcoming when the first interaction is with someone who seems happy to be there helping patients. Overall amazing prices, flowers and knowledge!

Recently, I have only gone to Bloom as a last resort. The location is great, easy access and available parking. Don't get me wrong, I used to adore this place. But my last 2 visits were uneventful and sketchy at best. The service was 👎🏾 and the product was just o.k., and the wait times were ridiculous considering they were hardly any other patients. So why do I continue to go? I've got mad Royalty Points!!!

the god bud wasn't even the same bud they had in the display is smells like my lawn and is way immature. It's actually pretty gross I can't belive they call this medicine if you aren't in the biz to help people and you just want money find a new biz

so, I keep getting texts about the premium prerolls. my only question is: where does the premium flower come from? it's certainly not from their shelves...

So today was my second time coming to bloom. Just by luck my first time I came in I had a referral card for a free 1/8 of whatever I wanted and it was a Monday so it was shake it up Monday. So I was greeted with a smile from a guy who was gueninly nice and the lady up front was way cool too. She asked if I wanted the packets of their info. The wait was 45 mins from in the entering the door to seeing the medication. But hey who cares free 1/8. I got a shake bag of Katsu 3 gr for $27.08 after taxs. And the free 1/8 was doctor who which had a few seeds. Not a huge deal. Overal it was way better then I thought it would be. My second time was was way better in and out in 10 mins. Same guy opened the door for me. Got my meds and was gone. I got an 1/8 of pineapple express which knocked my socks off. So I'm very satisfied with the service and meds from this location. 9.0-10. Keep it up you guys.

Just feels like a smoke shop or convenience store. They serve you what you order and push you out the door and on to the next customer. Always out of stock. Not a whole lot to choose from.

I tried calling to check if I've been there before and I didn't get passed the automated system to talk to a real person. it literally takes too long to just call and ask a question.

Bloom is by Far the Best dispensary in the Valley. I have tried others, for the "First Time" discount, but non can compare to Bloom. Their team is highly knowledgeable about all the strains and matched with Stellar Customer service Bloom Phoenix cannot be beat. The price cannot be beat. No where in the Valley can you get an 1/8th for $20, except Bloom. Everywhere else seems to run on Greed, its sad, but Profits before All Else is the Capitalistic Way.

Guys have you looked at your shatter menu. Its like reading clingon. You have some things listed several times, other thing are one thing in one place and another in the other. We read a menu to know what you have in stock, then we come down and buy from you. Get the point!!

Bloom is my favorite dispensary in Phoenix. Alot of variety and great product for swinging deals. I can get alot of stuff for under 100$ .

used to be a good deal on Thursdays on the oz special.. last two weeks there oz specials have been garbage an d full of seeds out door grown it seems ..
