Absolutely terrible place with terrible service came here after having my card for threee years and was turned away after waiting in line for two hours because they changed their policy about having to bring your ID even with the new online card system . Do not spend money here!

What has this world come to! Bloom is using Covid19 to up the prices and sell trash! The security guard, and staff are super cool. The product quality has gone way down. Let’s uplift each other during Covid19, no more scams Bloom. I got more stems than anything with the oz I just purchased. BUMMER!!!

The last 2 ounces of flower I boughtvwas trash it's bad when I can't smell bud before u buy it probably won't be back if so after covid 19

clean atmosphere, not what I expected, receptionist kinda stuck up, only 5 strains available. overall not worth the drive

Everytime I've come in it's always a problem. Either they don't have the product but it has it online (and they don't tell until you show up). OR they try and sell you extra shit you don't need. Ontop of that they only have "select" days they will sell you ounces or half ounces when everywhere else doesn't do that. An their flower always has seeds in it (not even good quality). I have never had such bad service from a dispensary. Will not be returning.

Everything good Product-wise, except the staff that seemed a little unprofessional and uneducated when I asked the girl if they offer deliveries and she laughed at me as if I made a joke, then proceeded to also tell her co-worker so both of them were laughing at me at this point. Anyways.. I guess they only hire uneducated cheap budtenders to maintain their prices cheap too. since other places clearly offer deliveries! duhhh!!!!

My first time visit was everyone's nightmare, I was excited about checking this place out on their $200 oz. day after I went through there awkward room to room visit, til I realized I didn't get to pick out my medication after I grab my bag that dropped in the chute next to me and I wasn't expecting that they just walked away keep in mind it was my first visit, as I was walking out the door I can all ready feel something was wrong, my bag was extremely light, I wasnt sure if I should open my bag because they stapled it and I didn't want them to say I took anything out, so I went back in and told them it is my first visit and I wanted them to check my bag I had purchased an oz of grand daddy purple, an eighth, a half gram of shatter, and a half of crumble. sure enough I was missing an whole oz they almost got me for 200 bucks, after their apologies and told me they would note my account, the experience in their shop was just as disappointing as their products, the crumble was extremely dry, like dust flakes, shatter was weak, buds all looked different and I had to let it sit out for a couple of days and lost weight, don't know what to say about this place yet but I wouldn't buy no concentrates for sure.

This place does it right. You get what you order and it's always quality.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, but my disappointment must be expressed. Under what I can only assume is new ownership, Bloom has taken a nose dive. As a very long time customer I used to love coming here. However, things have changed. In your desire to make bloom look better you have forgotten what really matters. Your employees and customer service. I did not come to bloom for the quality of your product, I came for the wonderful customer service. It seems you have neglected your BEST employees so badly that some of them have quit. In their place you have put new tenders and staff who know nothing of the business and have terrible bed side manner. It sickens me to see a place that used to be so helpful fall so far. Even the quality of your product has fallen. I suggest you take a step back and re-evaluate your priorities.

I have been a loyal customer for approx. 4 years. Today I placed an order the same way as always. All was good, got the confirmation that my order was ready for pickup up. When I arrived it was extremely busy so I asked the young lady working the lines outside and inside if I can be assured that my confirmed online order was still intact. She replied, " oh of course , we keep all online orders until 10 pm pm the day of your order," Not the case...please explain.

Bait and switch BS. Ordered online and when I got there it wasn't on special and didn't honor the sale . Is that even legal?

They lied and scammed points. They say computer problems but it’s a lie. Lost all bloom points and now they can’t even add points to system. Staff was indifferent. Promised twice call from manager. Go here if you want to ruin your vibe. Sad. Bloom was great. Curaleaf is the worst . Also they never update website correctly. You go there and they are out always . Horrible place to do business with. Never again

Juju is the best (dispenser) extrodinair! Man I loved the 13 $ gram ice ! It was the best.please bring back... this place has the beat quality meds..well its top 3 in phoenix. They five free 1/8 first visit ans bday!!

I went into bloom for my first time a couple days ago and it was wonderful! Staff is very professional and very nice! When you chose your buds you don't feel pressured or rushed at all! The prices and specials are great! It's an all around great place! Bloom is the spot!

There is not a single bad thing I can say about this place. Without a doubt that this is my go-to one and only dispensary from now on. To start things off, they are very smart because they are right off the lightrail for patients who ride it daily or don't have a vehicle. The building is easy to spot but doesn't have big weed signs everywhere like some other places (which I really don't care for). They have more than enough fenced parking so there is never a problem finding a spot which has become a big issue at some places. Right when you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly security guard and receptionist. The inside is very nicely decorated and has a comfortable feel to it, which is important in this business. From the waiting room, you are called to the bud room by a doctor (or just a budtender in a white doc robe....who knows haha). I hate to say that I forgot her name, but she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient (she let me look at every single strain...a couple times!), professional and generous. As a first time patient, they offer a free 8th of any strain regardless of purchase!! That is the absolute best deal I've ever seen from any place whatsoever! I was told they grow 95% of their own product so they are able to offer those kinds of deals and prices. When I went earlier today, They had 11 fresh strains that just came in that morning on top of the other almost 40 total they had! Let me tell you.....I was in heaven! It was also raffle Tuesday which is an awesome bonus! They allow you to pick a card out of the box for a free 8th!!, gram, pre-roll (which are a G of top shelf!!), edible or something else and you cant complain about that! I know I'm ranting but I really did enjoy this place and walked out with so much for a $40 donation (2 top shelf 8ths, a pre-roll, bloom bic lighter, and a bunch of material all printed by them. The two I decided to go with for my back pain was Trinity Purple (Tasty + STRONG), Ice (Beautiful smell + Relaxing hybrid), and for my pre-roll I went with NYC Diesel (It was strong and pearled). They also package everything in these vacuum sealed professional ziplock bags which you have to tear to open...which is a nice touch because you get to keep them! Overall, this place is the one and only place you should honestly visit! If the free 8th doesn't bring you in, I don't know what will?! The place was secure, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they are not greedy or ridiculously priced like other places, and will treat you right. Everyone was very passionate about what they were doing there regardless of if it was a cashier, budtender or a very friendly guy with blonde hair and glasses that explained every single thing about the topic with pleasure. I need to wrap this up I'm getting carried away. This place should 100% be on your list of dispensaries to check out. If you don't, I promise you'll be missing out! Keep doing what you guys are doing and don't change a thing! Will be back without a doubt.

The Good: The people and place are nice, professional. It doesn't feel shady like other places I've been. It's nice to have a selection available to view and smell. They have a good size assortment of flowers and edibles. Lots of specials. The Bad: The majority of the flowers that I checked out looked alright, some better than others. The problem is lots of them smell and taste like old grass or hay. They weren't properly cured and aren't worth purchasing. Dont think the stuff in the sampling jar doesn't smell because it's constantly opened, I took that chance and lost. Not sure if i'll go back, there are other spots that are as good if not better.

Bloom is one of the best state license dispensery in Phoenix besides the old unregulated one's dang feds! Got the free eight which will get anybody off there butt to get free meds gotta luv that picked up a gram aswell so wouldnt be a cheapskate wasn't the best strain I picked the first time but then again it was Free so next time around I will pick a better strain because I am picky as hell beside my preference's I liked the helpful staff I ask a lot of questions wanna be comfortable on my meds purchase I really get my money's worth out these guys!

This place just opened a little less then the a month ago and i have been back several times so far. Everytime I go back they have more variety, amazing edibles! I would definitely reccomend this to fellow patients! Thanks Bloom!
