This is the best dispensary in Arizona, they have their selections of flowers for the most part, and all docs are very well educated. I am a weed snob, and I love going to bloom just to talk about all that they have, the flowers bloom has are amazing, the most minuscule amount of nutrients are still remained in the flower , 2.34% un cured is what my test gave me. That's the best of any Arizona shop yet. Long story short, go to bloom

been going here for years. last oz of OG KG WAS Full of mature seeds. So disappointed as we can only afford an oz a week and now were stuck with this crap.

Bloom had by far the best cannabis that I've found in the valley! I can't wait for the tastebuds to return!

alright meds kinda dry don't like my stuff sitting around I got some meds that was 2 months.

went today and they were pretty much out of flower. only 3 strains of Bloom flower and only 3 strains of Echo flower and on buy 2 eights get 1 free day....I walked out cause they didn't have anything I wanted!!

first time patient was really smooth. My budtender was knowledgeable of the strains. in and out in no time.

as someone that has redeemed their points 3x at the highest reward level in my time visiting bloom, I've seen my fair share of ebbs and flows. honestly when their system went down for months at a time and held my points ransom that was the last straw for me, I took my $15k a year to other dispos. recently I wanted to try out their 3gs of gems for 99 sunday deal. i was impressed that they had clearly marked lines for rec and med walking in and med pre order. wait time was minimal. bud tender was frank and honest about their lack of concentrate inventory which being a medical patient was refreshing to hear given all the recent pricing activity in the market. waiting room was limited to 3 people which was a welcomed stark contrast to the $130oz Thursdays and 30 people crammed into that space. what worries me from a medical and recreational perspective is the fact that products are being sold without % information. Name the last time the pharmacy gave you vicodin but didn't include MG dosage. for you rec kids, name the last time you were served a beer or liquor whose alcohol content you didn't know or have the ability to find out prior to consumption? again this isn't something solely occurring at this dispensary but within the industry as a whole and as a patient it makes me hesitant to purchase products without knowing how much is needed. also where is the thcA content listing in the flower?

So, just because you say things with a smile, doesn't make your customer service good Jericho.... sarcasm is found upon in a business establishment.... you even told me you guys wouldn't have anything I want but to keep "smelling around"... I asked for things with a pungent skunk smell and he recommended golden goat which is described to have a sour peppery fruity smell..... horrible recommendation. you described your dispensaries weed as "ALL MIDS, NEITHER THE WORST NOR THE BEST..." Though that may be honest, it is not encouraging after you just said I wouldn't like a thing you had smh..... you guys have a great establishment... but this was the worst visit I've had.... good thing this is Halloween or else I wouldn't want to show my actual face here again smh

Had a situation that needed the involvement of a supervisor, but was told that no managers were available because it was Sunday. The employees were less then professional and seemed to not care. When I requested a phone call (or to leave my number), I was then told that email was the only way to communicate with a manager. So the managers don't work Sundays and only correspond with customers via email??

Guy taking my order messed up order which happens. The people taking my money refused to turn down their music and couldn’t hear me trying to fix it. Then talked over me and told me I was wrong because he couldn’t hear me.

The free 1/8 wasn't good can't recall the name but I haven't returned since but the service was Good

Bloom was the 1st dispensary I visited. I was treated so well. I got a free 8th, a raffle for a free gram, and banked 15 free pre rolls. I thought wow! This new patient thing is great. So I checked out trumed and was so disappointed. They gave me 1 gram free and overcharged me for mid grade stuff. Thank you Bloom! Great meds

I see complaints about long lines, and unfriendly staff. I have been there a couple dozen times and have not noticed an unfriendly staff. They don't try to kiss your @$$ either. This is a busy place. You probably will not walk in and straight back to the tables. Big deal. Show me another place in town where you can get a decent OZ for $200. Please. Yes I'll wait patiently in the line. Hit the flash sales, grab yourself any of the four or five strains on the sale list, or sample a few of the dozens of strains at $10 bucks a G. Easy.

This place sells out their good meds in an hour or two and the customer service about it is terrible. I had called for several weeks letting them know I was waiting for a particular strain, called them the day it showed up on their menu and by the time I got down there sold out. Every time I call this place or go there its a worse experience than the last time.

Bloom is the best! I love the Happy Hour. And their specials are the greatest! Their strains are not to be beaten. Thanks guys, see you again soon

The staff at bloom is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They are the only dispensary that I use. A laid back, relaxed atmosphere that puts you at ease whether it's your first or 50th visit.

Shout out to the amazing team at Bloom. It might get packed in there during happy hour but it well worth the wait. Always great meds and service I would recommend this dispensary to a friend. Keep up the good work Bloom!

I am a Chef and suffer from severe pain in many areas of the body. Ive tried everything from medications to massages and everything else under the sun. I was extremely nervous to even walk in to a dispensary and didn't go for a while. Bloom was my first go to and it was perfect. Quiet, comforting and quick it was an amazing experience. I would definitely refer first timers and continuers to go here. Its the same feel every time and worth trying the experience.
