Bloom Was One Of The Top Dispos To Go To & Ever Since It Got New Managers It Has Gone Downhill. Products Used To Be Bomb Asf & Now It Just Tastes Like Chemicals. And These So Call Workers You Hired Who Don't Know Their Shit Or About Any Of The Deals You Have Going On. You Only Have A Few Good Workers Like Evan Who Excel At Customer Service & Actually Knows Their Stuff...

I tried this place two times. First time was great, sour kush was awesome. The second time visiting I tried their strain titled Holy Grail. I got a quarter of it and when I got home I was deeply disappointed. The bud on display was decent looking, but all of my buds were leafy and FULL OF SEEDS! I find this unacceptable, I will not be back unless I am compensated for the horrible bud I received. Also i recommend this place starts offering concentrates.

This was my first visit to a dispensary ever, very friendly atmosphere, helpful staff. Great deals and top shelf meds. Will be coming back often.

The medication is very good, but I won't ever come back here. The employee could answer simple questions about their products and seemed very young (which doesn't mean they couldn't have been a good employee).

Bloom had great service as well as great an beautiful meds .they have a nice building that made me feel safe and secure not to mention the free eighth was bomb thanks bloom I'll be back

Bloom is one of the best state license dispensery in Phoenix besides the old unregulated one's dang feds! Got the free eight which will get anybody off there butt to get free meds gotta luv that picked up a gram aswell so wouldnt be a cheapskate wasn't the best strain I picked the first time but then again it was Free so next time around I will pick a better strain because I am picky as hell beside my preference's I liked the helpful staff I ask a lot of questions wanna be comfortable on my meds purchase I really get my money's worth out these guys!

I've been to Bloom twice and it is only the second dispensary that I've been to. I think they do an excellent job with the way they grow the medicine they offer they are perfectly dried and cured. They've had an excellent variety between Indicas, hybrids and Sativas. I saw two different bud tenders and I was very impressed by the consistency in knowledge and friendliness of the staff. If you are intimidated by the area you've been watching too many scripted tv shows.

This place just opened a little less then the a month ago and i have been back several times so far. Everytime I go back they have more variety, amazing edibles! I would definitely reccomend this to fellow patients! Thanks Bloom!

Great dispensary. Came in and picked up two eights, a hybrid and Indica variety. Very up to par and impressive display. Very knowledgeable and friendly attendants. Will be back!

I've been to a few places and bloom is by far my favorite. Not only are they well educated, but they are friendly and really are there to help! Plus they have good prices for having really good medicine.

Highly suggest training all staff. You have an individual who is downright NASTY. I have certain challenges and this particular girl/woman challenged me and asked, rudely, if I was "price shopping". Well, she didn't ask, she stated: " You are price shopping huh?" No. I wasn't. And I didn't appreciate the insinuation, at all. My mind doesn't supply the words I want fast enough. I had hoped all staff would treat each customer with respect. You lost my business.

This is the onoy dispo in az thats u can buy a cheap consistency of flower. If you are looking for that fire any other dispensary can get that for you but you will pay for it. Just about every time i go (4 years now) i have problems with the flower or the people there. They know nothing anyone who did know anything went to better dispensarys in the valley. Go somewhere els if you are not on a budget

clean atmosphere, not what I expected, receptionist kinda stuck up, only 5 strains available. overall not worth the drive

Recently, I have only gone to Bloom as a last resort. The location is great, easy access and available parking. Don't get me wrong, I used to adore this place. But my last 2 visits were uneventful and sketchy at best. The service was 👎🏾 and the product was just o.k., and the wait times were ridiculous considering they were hardly any other patients. So why do I continue to go? I've got mad Royalty Points!!!

I was visiting in the early am, and there was a patient who became EXTREMELY aggressive towards the receptionist Zachary (Been here quite a few times). As the patient became more and more aggressive, the employees called for management, whom didn't show up at all. ADD IN THE FACT THAT THERE WAS ZERO SECURITY ON THE PREMISE. This man leaves and comes back WITH A FIREARM and starts taking pictures of the employees and patients saying "I need to know who offended me and did this so I can remember". Where was management? Where was security? We were LITERALLY all in danger because of a lack of both. Definitely reported this to the DHC as well as NEVER going back here. Side note, I'm the one who called the police as I was leaving. Me, a patient had to call the cops.
