it was a good experience while I was there cool people on both sides to talk with I got the pre-rolled sour banana sherbert. it was the poorest rolled blunt/joint I've ever tried to smoke it was so loose I had 2 hold 1 end shake it! it ended up much smaller when I finally got it packed enough 2 smoke! I'm so bummed!! I'd go back but they'd think I was just trying 2 get free stuff & I get seriously offended if I'm called a liar I'm many things but that's not 1 next time I'll just get a gram & roll it myself!

Only reason this is not a perfect star is because I have never had an issue until today. All the other times I have had great service, however Simone G. Was not very nice today. I asked about 3 different types of flower that we had seen before we came in on weedmaps. They didn't have those in stock. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to check weedmaps before I go in. I told her we did, she then proceeded to tell me I was looking at the wrong location. I said no, it was definitely this location. She then started to look it up herself and someone else came over and informed her that they are listed on weedmaps, however weed maps is messed up and showing items they dont have. I dont have an issue with the mistake, I have an issue with how she spoke to me. She didn't need to tell me what to do then tell me I was wrong when I wasn't wrong. When I go back I will let someone else go in front of me so I dont have to go to her.

location, service & atmosphere were all 4 star, I went there because of severe leg pain, to the point of difficulty walking, after explaining in detail just what I needed..I was shone 2 items, and neither item worked, I felt this person had no idea what to do for me..so disappointed, still need help!

I have been using Reef as my go to dispensary since as it became legal! However, lately the cartridges I've purchased have stopped working after 2 days, ( I currently have 3) which I could not return because it's beyond the 72 hour return policy! Well, I wrote into that Reef Dispensary.com and lo and behold I received a phone from a manager ((who's name begins with an A) she was VERY FRIENDLY, DIDN'T 3RD DEGREE ME, my satisfaction was her #1 concern! She went above and beyond, put notes into my account, BING, BANG, BOOM ALL 3 were replaced without the receipts and without the product!! A **HUMONGOUS KUDOS** to Reef for keeping the customer satisfied!! My #1 and only dispensary!!!

Location and service King Jay and Deven provided were awesome. Most definitely will be back.

I usually don't write reviews as to where I buy my medical marijuana but REEF is an exception. The gent (khensu) was exceptional. He Made the right suggestions on my purchase and the overall look and care of Reef and all their employees will make this place a top choice for me as to where to buy my product.
