I dislike that they sell regs for exotic price. Do urself a favor and wait till it’s recreational and go to a mom and pop shop. These corporations are what’s wrong with the industry. There security guard was talking shit saying how he dosent believe in its medical values, while the person behind me was there for his wife with cancer. Foh fuck these people.

Products are okay, but service is terrible. They admit to refusing to answer the phone because they are "too busy" to do so. Rude, unprofessional staff that don't care about the people they serve. Avoid.

The Curaleaf branded chews are great. BUT… they never have them in stock anymore. I’ve gone there every week for 2 months. Never had them. They have 20% THC or so. Nothing more. If you want 25+% go elsewhere. I’ve had a very good experience just 10 minutes away across the river at Be. Hudson Valley. Always in stock and way fewer people.

Beautiful modern, well lit, great signage, great employees. This place is everything you could want in a dispensary.

Fantastic easy and safe location, just pop off and back on the highway, easy as could be, awesome security, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff, have made my progress into this comfortable. The service and staff is A+ but the flower products is not that good. The humidity packets they put in the jars to boost the terps are just there to hide the improper process of curing the bud. There is a harshness to the smoke is a dead give away however, the most concerning part is that some of their products have PGRs. Check out their purple urkel it's just bad.

Great atmosphere the team at this location is great! Janet provided excellent customer service, she was so patient and knowledgeable made us feel like family and willing to travel the distance to come back for more products!

The Curaleaf Ground Flowers are unsealed. You can twist the cap off and put it back on without affecting the outer tamper-proof hologram seal. I exchanged all of mine for replacements. Can neither confirm nor deny they were returned empty. The packaging doesn't follow NY regulations, ie.) not tamper proof/resistant/evident, not sealed properly, not child resistant. Keep you recipt.

The NYS MMJ program is crap. We can all agree on that but Curaleaf makes this crappy program a pleasant experience. The location is super convenient and the staff is very helpful. I have only tried the PEG Free Blue Sativa cartridges and the Blue tincture, both produced by Pharmacann. I found them both to be a quality product. I’m looking forward to trying more Curaleaf products as they become available. The new pen they just introduced doesn’t interest me. I’m hoping they have some high THC carts coming soon.

It's pretty good as far as shops in this neck of the wood go. Decent vibe. Easy to do biz. Only one visit. Want to disagree with some bad vape reviews. The Pharmacann PEG free sativa vape (Blue Dream I think) is pretty potent and pleasant effect. The draw's a little tight but so far free from leaking. Recommended.

I think the products that are offered are really lacking! Vape pens when done right co2 extraction . I mean nice to have somewhere to ge and get vape pen without hassle. But lacking flavors from bad extraction/bad mixer to make vapable. Let’s talk tincture ugh! Straight is very rough bad tasting stuff . But can fix that by mixing with some tea juice gummies. I am glad there is a program in place with meds but please let get our meds right grow your different strength cannabis but give us some good tasteing vape carts and some nice products with a little soul in them. Support more products allowed ! Keep pushing Albany ! That is all today

Close to major highways. Easy location to get to. Lots of parking. Great products. Curaleaf has the most variety of NY medical products to date. Gummies!!!!!!

Have been a patient at this particular location for well over a year and have purchased over 100 times. The selection is ALWAYS lackluster, constantly out of certain types of flower and edibles. Some of the staff is super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Some people on the staff are unprofessional and can be very rude/confrontational. They push their online ordering system, but regularly take over 2-3 hours to fulfill them, leading to product being sold out pretty much every time I try. They seem to prioritize money over patients. They do have sales and deals often, but again with the lack of product that doesn’t really matter. Can be a bit pushy with sales at times, feels like they forget this is medicine. Hopefully soon us patients will get access to a medical dispensary focused on us and our conditions rather than a dispensary focused on recreational sales. Associate Brett and Drew were not nice, felt rushed and like a criminal!

Super friendly staff and they are constantly running deals. Also keep in mind if you buy and a sale happens they CAN’T price match so keep that in mind around holidays

Nice location and vibe. Clean and well organized. Never a long wait. Staff is very polite and courteous. Justin and Kayla are always very patient, helpful and knowledgable about products. Prices here a much more reasonable than other dispensaries and they offer a good discount program based on points.

New York State is one of the most restrictive/regulated cannabis markets in the US, and as of 10/15/2018, does not allow flower to be dispensed. This means the costs across the State are higher than you would find in other states for formulations like tincutres, vape cartridges, and capsules. Despite that, Curaleaf offers the best prices of any dispensary in the state. Plus, their customer service is always spot on, and their clinical staff is supportive and knowledgeable. Because they opened without product, they are currently dispensing Pharmacannis products until they are able to roll out their own products. Any negative reviews of the Pharmacannis' products shouldn't really be a problem as Curaleaf's own products hit shelves. The quality is top notch in other states where they operate
