I have been to two other CT dispensaries. This one is great! Friendly employees. Never a long wait. Always has a good selection. Online ordering is easy. Prices are good. In the rare case their price is higher, they will price-match local competitors advertised prices. Atmosphere is awesome, plenty of space. You are not squeezed in a tiny packed room to place order. Or herded into a small nook to pick up purchases. They also have a good supply of accessories. You will see what the other dispensaries are lacking as soon as you walk in the door.

First time customer at Milford location. I was made very comfortable and felt at ease. Since I am totally new to this I had so many questions and the pharmacist was so kind and he walked me through everything. Every single employee that I have spoken to has been absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and compassionate.

All good, but the wait, sometimes a half hour even with preorder... Take advantage of price matching and the cash only lane. They don't advertise either. And once they straight shut the door in my face after an almost hour drive. Took me a minute to get over that one.

VERY comfortable atmosphere and discreet location — feels very much like a doctor’s office. Online pre-ordering is easy and provides a quick pick-up (and I highly recommend using once you start using and if you know exactly what you want beforehand). The only feedback I would give is to train those at the order/pickup counter to be more like “budtenders”, being able to provide feedback and to be able to better answer questions without having to wait and talk to a pharmacist (who BTW are very knowledgeable and awesome). It would just be nice to be able to ask them about preferences, what’s popular, etc. Lastly, weekends (Fridays in particular) are SUPER BUSY, so even if you order ahead, be prepared to wait a while before ordering or picking up. Overall, great choice for selecting a dispensary. I am curious to see if/how this facility changes if/when recreational gets approved in CT.

Not a class act

I've been going to Arrow for over a year and the staff is very knowledgeable and easy to connect with.

The only dispensary I’ve ever used since getting my medical marijuana license 2 1/2 years ago. They have a large menu with the wide range products including flowers tinctures pre-rolls and just about any other form of flour or THC. Excellent service really nice atmosphere and very helpful and friendly staff. You can Peru’s their menu pre-order and pick up Ready when you arrive!!! Overall I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. It’s the ONLY dispensary I have used, respectively. Close convenient and good prices.
