Super friendly and welcoming staff. Had a prior issue with a cartridge; mentioned it to staff just in conversation and received a call from a RSM providing me with points for my troubles. Thank you so much Curaleaf LAKELAND!

Comfortable atmosphere and kind staff.

Employees were not knowledgable about product. I have always had delivered and was the best service possible. In store I was disappointed greatly. The company needs to see what the public wants and needs. You need to be consistent with your brand. I got forbidden fruit loved for evening, got a second time and it is not the same. It's very weak like less than a 1-1. It should be the same with little difference. Trying to find a daytime one. All vapes make you cough every time. Company should look into what other companies are using, you need to fix the product to eliminate this problem. You need to listen to customers concerns and create a product the customer wants. I have ordered online 4 times in store 1 and never again.

Such a friendly and caring staff! It was my first time and they all made me feel comfortable and helped me find my best options. Great deals and promotions too! I will definitely be back!

THE QUALITY OF AN EXPENSIVE VAPE AND BATTERY AND CARTRIDGE.THE BATTERY DIED AFTER 5TH HIT AND THE CARTRIDGE WAS ABOUT 5 TO 10 PERCENT FULL NOT EVEN VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FLOWER TO I WAS TOLD That it was great that it tasted good. And it does THE job and didn't do nothing!!THE FLOWER IS A JOKE And I got the most expensive one and the most strongest with the most THC in it BOTH FLOWER AND VAPE I don't know what kind of THC is in yall's stuff but IT aint the kind of kind of THC that IM used to workING WITH AND THAT I like.IM NOT THE ONLY ONE NEITHER I just got my license too so I thought this was gonna be some awesome thing. And I was gonna be able to get the good good BUT I WAS WRONG AT LEAST I CAN CARRY THE REAL WITH ME NOW THE RIGHT WAY AND I WONT GET BUSTED.I guess that was worth the 300 dollars I had to pay to get my marijuana id.

My favorite dispensary, out of the three others I've tried. Great staff, great products and awesome atmosphere. Top shelf concentrate. Really nice cartridges as well.

So far I have been to this dispensary a few times and have no complaints. The Staff is very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff and clean store. I stopped going because their stock if always iffy and honestly I've only tried one strain of flower that I would actually buy again...but not at the $50 price point. When other dispensaries have better/consistently great flower for $28-$33, in stock, that doesnt have stems and seeds thrown loosely in with their nugs (like the last order I had from curaleaf @ 47 bucks an eigth) im hard pressed to drive a few miles out of my way to give Curaleaf another shot.

Extremely helpful and kind staff. I got over 100$ off with my first time patient discount aswell. They answered all my questions and made me feel very welcome. Will definitely be coming back here in the future. Highly recommend! ( All products were great quality aswell )

I recently left a 1 star review and it was my mistake confused you with a place down the street. Every time I come here its fast and friendly service, great products, going there in about an hour.
