It’s was nice, quick and made it simple for my first time and it will be my regular go to

the flash sale and the quality of the product is top notch!

Their cartridges are always old, the flower isn’t that great either.

The staff was very energetic and very quick and polite. No big quantity, tried to buy an ounce, they tried to charge me individually for it (14 a gram) I ended up with a couple singles, the meds are nice, the service is awful. If it wasn’t for first time patient deals I wouldn’t haven spent money here. Won’t be going back.

Hate that u guys left the west side and went up north . Won’t be going back anytime soon and I was a regular daily .

As a first time patient (I'm a 67 year old Multiple Sclerosis patient) at Reef I was amazed at the incredible atmosphere, professional staff, and great products. I was greeted at the door by an employee who explained everything about the process for a new patient. My first bud tender Darienne(I'm sure I've misspelled his name) took his time with me and was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable of the product. On my second visit I saw Eddie and he too was just as knowledgeable and courteous as my first time in...... Will I go back? Damn right! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Reef to any of my card carrying friends........ Steve

Located in a pretty horrible spot right underneath the i10. Came here because they had a relatively attractive FTP deal. However I was very disappointed to have waited almost an hour to enter the showroom, not because of a line, but because they allow the online orders to skip the line and go ahead of everyone else. I got to watch people in line with me place an online order, and proceed to skip the rest of the line. Get a grip on management. On top of the poor management, the showroom only allows space for 3 people at a time, even though they’re in what looks like a 15,000sqft warehouse. Not coming back, wouldn’t recommend even to an enemy.

I don’t usually take the time to fill out reviews but when I went in for a cartridge and my bud-tender Edwyn at the NW Phoenix location was OUTSTANDING so I gotta give him a little shout out. Edwyn knows his sh**!!! I briefly told him my medical needs (migraines and anxiety) and what effects I was looking for (relaxed but still functional with creative freedom) and he recommended the absolute best cartridge I have ever had, “Rocket Pop” by Kind Live Resin. It tastes exactly like a Bomb Pop and is very flavorful without compromising the effects and the effects are exactly what I asked for. Rocket Pop comes with, as Edwyn put it “All the good vibes”. My body feels nice and relaxed but my mind is free and creative yet I can still tackle my To-Do List or chill on the couch. I also feel extremely happy and I don’t know if it is the effects of the cartridge or because I am so thrilled with the cartridge, or maybe both. It is perfect!! (Side Note: I rated the Atmosphere lower because I love walking into a dispensary and seeing all of the products and here everything is in the back.)

Reef is by far the best dispensary in AZ! The flower is top notch and the service is stellar. Gabriel is AWESOME(in my Miz voice)❣️

Taira and all the other budtenders are awesome! The store moves fast, has great customer service, and incredible product. This is the only store I buy Flower!!! I highly recommend to everybody.

Went to this location when they opened on 4/20, only 6 min. from my house so that is awesome. I was very impressed with how nice all the employees are and helpful. The gentleman who helped me recommended some awesome flower. The new patient deal was the best I have gotten from a dispencery. The flower I got was very nice, unlike someplace I have gone. Flower was not dry and stayed fresh.

This place is the best dispensary around. Even though it's a out of my way . I try to come to reef every time I'm in the area. They're 5 dollar prerolls are the best. If you haven't been I highly recommend.
