Phenomenal Customer Service

This is the best dispensary I have visited in Volusia County. The staff is friendly but most importantly educated on the products they are selling. The products are of high quality and they rarely are out of stock of flower. They have a rewards program that allows you to earn points on dollars spent. They have a great discount program as well.

Waste of time Really poorly run dispensary they never have any flower ever when I go in to outback they never tell me they don’t have steak but whenever I go into Curaleaf and Daytona they always say we don’t have any flower?? What’s the point?? Just a really poor business model their demand is 100 times their supply always

one of the reasons i love to go to curaleaf is the people who work there. some who come to mind are Tyler, Chelsea B, Susan, Chelsea G, the boss man, i forgot his name and im know theres a few others i cant think of right now. but they are all professional and i learned so much about medical marijuana from them. they are funny and i luv the atmosphere there its so comfortable. also the security guard who worked around the first 3 weeks of june, he is very nice too. i luv Curaleaf. thxs, Dawn

Have to say for being a repeat customer to see this company grow from what it was to what it is now is a great experience have to say the quality of the products is getting much better then they were but now this L A Women Flower did it for me the look smell taste all there "thumbs up"Great Job Guys so they got a 4 But as far as customer support and wait times 5 Star best in city and the manager susan was a great help and the store rep Kelli they were both a great help so if in the area for great meds at a great price and atmosphere stop by! This is my 2nd or 3rd option but the staff here is friendly and will remember you if you show respect and believe me I barely shop here and they remember my name so that’s 5 star customer service with me. I buy syringe so I wish they had more of a regular lineup but maybe 2020 has big things for them

Love there products hate there service. 2nd time I've placed a pickup order went to get it and them tell me they don't have the item ordered. Doubt I'll be back with all the other options in the area.

Beyond unacceptable... I purchased three of their small (.03g) vape pen cartridges during a sale, I have been using a different dispensary for the last year and a half without incident but 50% seemed too good to pass up. By the time I had gone through 1 and a half of them my lungs had become so inflamed and tight that I felt like I couldn't breathe. 24 hours after stopping the use of their product, I walked up 2 flights of stairs and felt like I was almost suffocating, developed a headache and stayed that way until I went to sleep. When I woke the next day, I sent Curaleaf an email explaining everything I just told you as well as the fact that third cartridge seemed to have leaked all over the inside of the packaging but I wasn't concerned about that at this point. Their response to one of thier customers telling them that their product caused serious lung damage?, "thanks for letting us know. Please send us pictures of the product stickers and receipt.". I sent the requested pictures and have heard NOTHING ELSE from them. I ended up having to go to the hospital where the physicians their felt it was serious enough to give me a triple dose of albuterol, 3 ccs IV steroids and a take home prescription for steroids and an asthma inhaler because, due to the damage and irritation in my lungs, my O2 was steady 89-91 when it should never be below 92. That is precisely how much Curaleaf cares about their customers. There are too many other choices.

CURALEAF DISPENSARY -Daytona is THE MOST INEPT RAN DISPENSARY IN NE FL!!! PERIOD!! I purchased a BOGO from Leafly to try their NEW CHOCOLATE BARS. When I got home I only had one chocolate bar in the bag. I called and I spoke with I believe her name was Debbi anyway I was told she was a “manager” and was told I should just come in and they would look it up and dispense my free chocolate bar. I had the receipt yet when I returned to the CURALEAF-Daytona dispensary I was told NO and I was wrong. Other than Chelsea, the staff of this location are pathetic not only in customer service but in attitude, personality, and product knowledge. BE SURE TO CALL BEFORE YOU PICK-UP as they constantly are out of product and the staff seem like they are clerks at Walmart! Product knowledge not a priority for CURALEAF! Obviously they have enough customers as I am done with such a poorly run dispensary. BTW, the NEW chocolate bars are weak! I ate the whole bar within an hour and a have a felt nada! I am over it!!

The staff is very compassionate but the quality of products is below par...i got some "co2" extraction capes that were definitely distillate...alao every strain they had in vape I bought and they ALL tasted like straight literal grass(obviously incurred and/untried proper flower) ..i know thc very well and they take very low quality flowers and "turn them into" what they need..also the selection is quite shameful...usually leave disappointed...5 stars for staff compassion and cleanliness of location but 25 miles to believe it is....

once you do make it to the counter you're stoked. very good quality. and the vape is almost the best

What an amazing place. I always have a great time visiting this location . I must say the employees are amazing and their product follows closely behind. Every visit I end up laughing and walking out with a smile. Customer service at its best . Happy valentines Daytona morning crew.

Erratic supplies. Hear they reduced the Compassionate Care discount to 10% only. If that's the case I will be going elsewhere!

I’ve only been to 3 other dispensaries, but these guys are hands down the most efficient I’ve seen. Great selection of flower and strains, at least the time I went. Offered the discounts up front without asking. Much appreciated. Veterans get a discount as well. I’ll be back for sure.
