Had to wait an hour in line for recreational only to be turned away when I was the next in line because they closed at 10pm. All customers who have been WAITING should absolutely still be served. It’s ridiculous that you would turn us away after making us wait for so long. You got way too big for your britches by going recreational because this location can NOT handle it.

Came here about closing time . It was my first time in any recreational place. The experience was great my bud tender KayCee recommended a good cannabis strain. I got the almethis really good !! Defiantly coming back to this shop

Huge lines, Bad customer service, THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE LAW. Will pick and chose when they will accept horizontal I.D. Super inconsistent. Never going there again.

Speed of the service

I had an express order and I was waiting outside longer than the is then the medical and recreational patients. When I finally got inside the cashier was unprofessional he threw my ID through the slot and also my change I will definitely not come back ever again!!!

Was told by a budtender about their base tier 25 dollar eighths and i was also told prerolls are buy one get one free i went ahead and purchased an eighth at 25$ and the bogo on the preroll. After leaving i realized the price was incorrect if the preroll is 8 dollars and the eigth is 25 my total before tax should be 33$ i was charged for both prerolls and when i called and asked about the "special" i was to receive i was told my a rude lady that "discounts aren't stackable" i was never informed of this by the budtender just told that the eighths were 25 and the prerolls are buy one get one free. Wont be returning to this dispensary ever again. The flower eighth is very dry and broke up to near nothing. The pre rolls burned unevenly and were a waste if only they were "buy one get one free" they might have been worth the 8 dollars price tag that just 1 carries. Very dissapointes with my first visit to curaleaf at pavilions
