just left there and customer service was weak. My budtender energy and overall attitude was lacking. first time patient there my deal was messed up. I bought two 1/8 expecting to be matched a quarter basically, as I was told. I also wanted a Preroll pack the "tender" decided to give the pre roll pack for free instead of the other two 1/8. I got shorted, basically I wanted the preroll pack as extra walked out thinking I paid for a 1/4x2 and a preroll pack I walked out with two 1/8 . I was stoned but that's a grimy deal. thanks Sean B. thing is i was high so maybe I should of been more aware. but just didnt realize this was the way curaleaf handled its bizz... sucky bro 👌🏾

I've been here twice. First visit was normal, nothing extraordinary, and not a long wait.
2nd time? Not good. Ordered online at 430pm. Not my normal dispensary but they offered 20% off for card holders. Never got a text saying my order was ready but was in the area so I stopped by at 730 and there was a line of 15+ people. I left and figured I'll come back when it is ready. They never filled the order, but cancelled it instead at 10pm.
Even if they didnt cancel it, why would I want to then wait in a long line? It defeats the purpose of online ordering. I dont know if they are having trouble figuring out how to serve both customers, or if they only care about profits and decide not to worry about med patients, but in the future I'm going to Phoenix dispensary instead. Cardholders beware, and I hope you have better luck than me

I am a ( in my opinion) very loyal and should be a valuable CUSTOMER! I was treated like shit today by the inappropriate placed manager name mike! I will return one more time to collect my LOYALTY POINTS and will probably stop giving them my money just to treat Me with disrespect!

This place used to be accurate. Now there a scam. There website is a scam to get you in then when your here they will change promotions and scam you.

this place has good service but that's it. they never have any deals on flower or anything else for that matter!! I would not recommend coming to this dispensary especially when there are so many out there with better quality, BOGO deals, and discounts. curraleaf is terrible.
Pick up order.
Not right or ready.
Still had to wait and go in the back room .
Saved no time at all

The quality rating is for the product at this location not for the service or the dispensary itself. Easily the most disorganized one I have been to. They will lose your information/place in line 50% of the time without fail and you will spend double the amount of time you planned on here .Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Always a line and they don’t choose medical over recreational it’s just a free-for-all! Recreational people might be fine with it but if your medical you’ll be quite annoyed
This a a lousy little place, long lines, very slow budtenders, too many people wiping things down and not enough helping customers. And I was overcharged for my weed, the budtender did not seem to know what she was doing. I won't ever come back to this place again.

I’m a medical patient and this is twice now I’ve been charged the recreational tax!! Tired of this specific location!
I appreciate your hard work on the new CDC and the texting system. however I am not sure what your online and in store process is. I placed my order at 7am, got a text at 715 was ready, arrived on site at 730, was told it was a 15 min wait, that quickly turned into a 40 min, only to be directed inside to wait yet again. Don't tell someone their order is ready if I arrive and wait an hour.
Head to Curaleaf Pavilions on 83rd for top shelf moldy 🌲's. Where you are gureenteed to get hustled. Have a wonderful day. My HAiRS WRLD

I ordered online and received a text that said my order was ready for pickup. I get there and am told I have to wait another hour out front.
This info should be given when I place the order, not after I receive antext saying its ready.

I never have a good experience 😒 I waited over two hours for a online order of gummies. I live right across the street, can walk there literally and I never do. I rather drive to another dispensary so I don’t have to deal with the irritation.
The wait time is ridiculous now, 1hr to 1hr and a half. Then you see other people drive in after you and they get taken in and are gone before I even go inside. I placed my orders well ahead of time but I guess 3 hours in advance isn’t enough, and also I wanna know how those other people skipped the 1hr wait time while I waited.

Made me place an online order for rec edibles. Order was succesfully placed and filled. Waited in line for 2 hours only to be told they have been out of rec edibles for days. Totally wasted my time.

They should be ashamed of themselves, price hikes during the pandemic while some people don't even have a job is ridiculous. Tax is included and then round it up because of a change shortage, but $20 plus tax is $21.72 rounded up is $22 even, they charge $23!! I know it's just a dollar, but a dollar spread out amongst all products and all patients and across all of their locations means they just gave themselves a raise

I will never go to this location again. This is the 3rd time I’ve made an online express order and when I get there they tell me they will substitute it with another item. My original order was 24 percent called candy store and when I got there the girl said it was sold out they only had one left and she could substitute it for 21 percent product 8th instead. I order 4 8ths originally that totaled out to 110. When I asked for just one of the candy store 8th thst was left she told me it would be 37.50. Which was an over price then what was online. She also said even if you order only someone that comes in can still take your order cus it is still a first come first serve basis no matter what. Honestly the worse dispensary I’ve had my medical card for 4 years and ever since they built this location they’ve been a faulty location
It sucks that on only my second visit here, and was denied entry, even though it was well before closing time. The "manager" lied about being short staffed, for the reason, but in all actually, they have a track record of denying both the medical and recreational customers entry because the staff is "tired" and they want to close early. That would be fine if it were says a pizza restaurant, but a state governed medical and recreational facility? No way. The funny thing is that even though they closed 20 minutes early, lied about the line bring 23 people long, and were rude, I'm sure the staff still clocked out at their regular closing time, thus stealing unearned funds. At the very least, this location should be audited for unaccounted or earned monies, as well as multiple local and state law violations and the evening staff should be fired.
