2. To place an order by text or phone, A clear picture of the front and back of your ID, A picture of yourself holding your ID, and an accurate delivery address will be required.
3. You must have your ID present at the time of delivery.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
In compliance with California State Law, we are unable to exchange or accept returns once the packaging seal has been broken. ALL FLOWER, WAX, AND EDIBLE SALES ARE FINAL.
Vape/ Pods:
Defective vapes ARE eligible for exchanges if the product is unused and in any of the following conditions:
- Oil leaked inside the packaging
- Cart not registering on battery
- Defective coil
We will NOT accept returns based on taste, color, smell, mistake purchases, or items damaged by the customer. We have a 24 hour exchange policy after purchase to report defective vape, exchange will be upon next order.
