Product is very weak. Extreme rip off. NEVER returning.

Haven't visited many dispensaries in SW Washington, but NV is way better than any dispensary that is in my town. They had a really good selection of concentrates and Ryan helped me pick out some super tasty Aurum OG.

I might know this just had started business just couple weeks ago. But hopefully to know and hear that they will have more option to pick from. Since, pitbull, was good. I'd like something better.

This place is super spendy but they have some good quality. Perma frost was prob the best ive ever smoked..... the staff is pretty nice, some of the people in there could probably be replaced. atmosphere in the place is alright, but i could see if you were new and didn't know what to do, that it might be over whelming or uncomfortable

I have been frequenting this establishment since the first day it opened its doors in July 2014. Thank the bud gods the high prices, limited availability, and ignorant budtenders are a thing of the past, as they had promised. Now I come here for the Refine extracts, mainly the gram buckets. Thanks largely to the close relationship that New Vansterdam, and specifically their buyer/budtender/extract-aficionado Chris, have fostered with ReFine, N.V.'s selection is diverse and the price-point comes in well under the other local ReFine distributors. Another added bonus-as a medical patient I get an extra 10% discount. New Vansterdam is modern, clean, well-stocked, and competitively priced. N.V. also features close and plentiful parking, situated off of a well-lit, easily accessible, multi-lane Boulevard (Mill Plain) with the most convenient hours in Vancouver (8am-11pm at the time of this review). A shout-out to Budtender Taylor. She was knowledgeable, courteous, presentable, and helpful, as well as willing to check waiting stock for available product.

Really nice people, especially the guys filling your order at the exit. I've noticed that they have raised their prices in the last few months, and that makes me sad. This used to be a great place for cheap prerolls, but now they're charging way more than the shops in Portland. The employees didn't seem to have a very good base of knowledge for the strains they sell. It's always a gamble trying something new here.

I've been here more than a few times. The service is less than helpful. I'm a rec user, not often enough to know everything, and the budtenders I've worked with made me feel rushed. They helped me would answer my questions quickly, then talk to other people and fill their orders in between helping me. They then got my order wrong when it came to check out. I still come because the products are high quality. But I'm not motivated to try anything new or stay for long. It's uncomfortable if you're new to this.

As a newer resident to the PNW and new to the recreational pot activities I was extremely overwhelmed with all of the different strains and products that are now available. Ryan Mesick quickly recognized my anxieties and put it to rest with his vast knowledge of the products. I will continue to go back to New Vansterdam and I always hope Ryan is working- though all of the employees are excellent as well!

Hey lady (yolanda) you sold me a 22% indica 22% I believe. You sold to me @ 8 once I got home and hit it I got 6 hours hours of sleep. I told you what I would think. I'm hitting another few hits to go back to sleep but critical plus was awesome it was heavy to me. I love it five dollars a gram I should have stocked up. Just letting you know I love it and before I fall out again. I told you I'd give you a shout out. I don't gotta get up to six but damn I found I strain that helps with sleep. Critical plus. This is the original greedweed store in Wa.--they've gouged since 7/14. May the Oregon rec weed at 1/3-1/2 the price put these creeps outta business. $400 ounces? 'Nuff said

I have tried several different dispensaries and NV has been the only place that I've returned to ... over and over. Yolanda was very polite and professional. I've never felt awkward or uncomfortable at NV. The only negative feedback would be that the online menu has issues. It doesn't stop me from going in, but it would be nice to have an idea of current supply and detailed info online before going in.

Everytime I've gone to New Vansterdam in the last year I've gotten great product and great service. Favorite sales person of all is Yolanda.

The store was nice enough. It was my first time visiting but they were offering shake at 15 bucks less than my usual spot. So I went and picked it up, got home to find there is no shake in it at all. It's 100% trim. Then when I called, they were very polite but kept saying trim and shake are the same thing. No. No they aren't at all. Plus the dispensaries around them are selling real shake. I can't do anything with this garbage, I have laryngospasms and it's too harsh to smoke and I am missing part of my digestive tract and can't digest edibles. That's why it's important to do good business, because your customers rely on it. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how hosed makes my disabled state of being.

the staff are pretty cool. I like them on their sales days for sure. they have a wide assortment to choose from. shootout to jason for always being a big help, but all the staff are pretty chill at craft

First time buying recreational marijuana. Best my that I was visiting from the east coast I had no idea what to expect. Was blown away by the selection and prices. I found the prices to be cheaper than in Virginia including the high taxes Washington imposes. Would definitely return for more goodies!

I love this store and the great selection of flower and edibles. I usually don't know what to get so I almost always ask the staff on hand what they recommend and they never let me down. Most days I run in to Kelso and Yolanda, they are always very knowledgeable on the flowers. Kelso is very lively and kind, while Yolanda is extremely friendly and knows her flower. I will definitely recommend this place.
