I have been here once before, but didn’t buy anything. I was looking for something specific, and they had exactly what I was looking for. I love the setup, and I love that I didn’t immediately get bombarded by someone. The woman who helped me was also super nice and super understanding of what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning frequently!

the first shop I ever walked in to and one that I have frequently returned to. i like the staff that is upfront, honest, nice and helpful. anytime i want a great deal and a good price without worrying about quality, i come to this place.

Love this place. Everyone who helps is always very knowledgable and they make great suggestions. Jerome is a go-to for me when I need some help choosing from the huge menu! Highly recommend this place.

I been here several times and every time I felt robbed . Note to business owner , for better improvement stop pre-packaging your flower . Weigh it in front of consumers . We spending money and can't make two blunts out of a gram . Sheesh

The smoke was good. The service was terrible. I didn't understand the Ipad system you guys had at first. So I asked about which strains you had and the guy was a total A-hole. He looked like a poor mans Steph Curry. He pointed at the Ipads and asked if I could read. WOW

Not too bad of operation, feels too much $$$ oriented. Some of their producers are second rate like everything I have tried by Green America/Elevate. You do have to be careful because a strain is only as good as the grower/producer.

Customer service was lacking and unhelpful/unable in answering my questions. Prices on hash and other items are 20% higher (no pun intended) than where I normally shop. I normally go to the Herbery on St. John and their hash is $7 cheaper and their prices in general are cheaper and the staff has been helpful and the Herbery up the street has sniffable Phat Panda samples of flower where New Vansterdam doesn’t at all - Why? There are other spots in Vancouver area to check out besides this spot! I’m done going here.

Little bit pretentious and not as helpful as I would have liked. Lots of talk about growers to avoid buying. Not about getting a good match for me.

I went in here for the first time and instantly loved the atmosphere. The staff is great, friendly and very knowledgeable! I have a medical card and I'll still make trips to this despensory!

A great friend of mine loves your store and the personal attention she gets from the staff; she recently brought me a Kief Kissed OG's Pearl Joint and it was fantastic! I hope to make it up there some time and check it our for real. Peace!

I'm glad Portland is rec now so I don't have to rely on New Vansterdam. RIP OFF!!!

I've been to New Vansterdam 4 times now, and ever time I go there are aesthetic changes and improvements. I felt hurried on my first visit, but haven't since. Today Cori took quite a bit of time to answer several questions and offer recommendations, including products they didn't currently have, which I definitely appreciate. The atmosphere is sophisticated and modern, without being stuffy. I was comfortable to bring my dad with me, classy but comfortable. I can't speak to a price comparison yet, but they seemed in line with my research online when compared with other recreational vendors.

Our second visit to New Vansterdam was wonderful. Love the ambience, the setup and the people. In all fairness, I have to say that the young man who helped me only seemed very knowledgeable about some of the products in the cartridge vape area. On those, however he really lit up and seemed very knowledgeable. It seems pretty expensive compared to what my daughter pays for medical, but that's probably due to the taxes in Washington. All the product that we puchased on our first visit were excellent. Keep up the good work!

Being new to checking out dispensaries, New Vansterdam was a bit overwhelming at first, but coming in early in the day I was easily able to be helped by the knowledgeable staff who was able to help me make some good selections, without pushing their preferences which I had at some of the other dispensaries. Once I got acquainted with the menu, being able to look things up was a breeze and made talking about the buds much more enjoyable in my opinion

Love this place. Great look of the store, helpful and fun staff and always a complete list of product whenever you want it. My go too even though I travel from Oregon.
