This is not the 1st time I put an online order in. Why have it if it’s not ready and I have waited longer than an hour to go. Also they get my order together while I’m waiting and don’t even get it right.
Terrible experience, there is no online order line separating the in store shoppers making people pile up in a long line and slow down the time it takes to receive the product you want. The bud tenders don’t even know if you have an online order once at the counter . Ridiculous. I’ve been here multiple times and yet it takes 30 minutes for me to receive my product
Went in yesterday for your specials for the weekend thinking I was going to get an ounce of ground for 20$ I only got 14 gs little confused on why this happened?
8/31/24 ordered online off of the cosmopolitan website chose cosmic owl and when I got to dispensary they gave me a rocket science product I asked why that was and they told me something about them having the products as the cosmic owl I then tried Leafly ordered all for them picked cosmic owl and again rocket science was waiting for me instead of the cosmic owl product total false advertisement didn't want to complain but I will be shopping in house where I can pick the botanist I want and not be tricked into buying something from someone else disguising themself as a different company.
This has been the fifth time that I have pre ordered product and they have served it to someone else. If there was a pre order then I would assume that it would be saved for the person that pre ordered it.
