Great customer service and the employees actually know what they are talking about. It's by the strip so the location is ideal. I definitely would recommend this dispensary to anyone.

Love almost everything about Essence. Of all locations I still believe the Henderson one is the best, however, W budtenders like LIL BIT at the Sahara location, an argument could be made. Despite being disappointed in the lack of deals and products that pulled me in in the first place, she did her best in keeping me happy simply by relating w my dilemma and showing genuine empathy. People like LIL BIT are what make people like me stay loyal

To be honest I had a great experience a day ago so I come back the next day to buy the same thing and the guy doesn’t apply my 10 percent for being a med patient I realize when I get to the car soo I end up going back and talking to the front desk she ends up telling me he applied the discount when he didn’t. The total yesterday was $48, the total today was $60. I feel discriminated against and will never recommend anybody to this establishment

I've been having problems with brand-name dgf pre-rolls. the quality has been terrible and I've been getting some of them unraveled. I try to get assistance but the manager smooth didn't want to help because he has a previous Grudge with me from another incident where he refused to help. this is not good service

Came in balling on a budget and they helped me get right. Flower and carts are straight.

Kind of hard to find parking when there’s traffic, signs are all over the place and GPS is sort of confusing too, I found plenty of parking in the rear of building, very poor lighting in parking lot though!!

I love the atmosphere here at essence..its customer service is great..the dispensary itself is very clean coming from Los Angeles California the shops there are not as clean and professional definitely returning...

I think this is one of the best dispensaries in the valley. They continue to have the best prices and the great variety of different strains and cultivators providing me the best choices. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable regarding the products on hand.

I really appreciate this location for always having everything that's on the menu in stock. I've rarely seen this place out of the good stuff. 👍🏻👏🏿

First time in a legal state and I would recommend this dispensary to anyone. Super convenient being on the strip with easy uber access. I worked with Mr.Miller and he had a great vibe and was really knowledgeable of the products I was interested in. I'd definitely go back

sketchy went to buy edibles the kid at the counter was not helpful, I told him what I wanted and he said that it didnt exsist even though I had some at home. will not return.
