Cookies Dispensary - Baltimore

I usually like this place, but today's experience wasn't good. They are only taking cash at the moment, but they do not have it posted on their website. They only let you know once you're there. I was only able to pick up half of my order today due to this. Their ATM only allows for incriments of $20, so despite having the money, I couldn't get it. If their website or text message service had informed me, I could have gone by my bank at lunch to pull out the exact cash, but but the time I got to the dispo it was too late. They aren't offering any discounts for the inconvience, and the staff was very rude about the entire situation in the first place. A staff memeber even scoffed and said "get used to it, it's been like this for a week." So, it's been like this and you don't have the decency to tell your customers? All I did was ask a question in a nice tone and I got nothing but attitude in return. The least you could do is offer good customer service or a discount. This place dropped the ball multiple times today and I don't think I'll be going back.

First attempt at being a customer & definitely my only. Desk guy asks if you have an order. I said no, will choose inside. People with pick up orders go right in. Makes sense. Never few people come in & say they "know whstvtgey want, will be quick" then he goes in ahead of me. Finally I ask what the rules are. He says he placed the order right there for him. Why??? We're all waiting. I persist, he sends me back to the room to order & I'm now in a line of 20 people just to see product. If youre not a local, you're crap to them. Spend your money anywhere else. Desk guy was particularly rude & dismissive.

prices are just the same nothing has changed for 4:20 The prices are still high Little to no deals just don't understand it it's disgusting

Parking is horrible. Budtenders are friendly enough. Process is extra, but ok.
