Berner's - Tacoma

lame. little variety, everything is overpriced and the staff can't answer basic questions. they don't even know price points of product "with tax". California bougie vibes, not a tacoma fam vibe at all........ no industry discount??? no daily deals???? this place doesn't belong in Tacoma.. ... plenty of better shops with 4-6x the products and way better pricing...

No cap I don't think I'm getting cookies in WA ever again from these growers man this is ridiculous yall charged me $58 an eighth for sh*t that has seeds in it. Not just the gelato 42 either that had a seed in it, the collins ave also had it so two different growers under cookies being incompetent. Fix the product or put that price where it belongs, hitting licks on us WA folk.

This place is way overpriced, over-complicated, and intrusive. As the individual below stated, there are many other places. High Society had a much better feel, substantially better prices, and was much more personal. However...this is just an opinion.

I've only been here TWICE and they were probably the two best dispensary experiences I have ever had. The first time I went, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The product selection is also amazing. My second trip, however, was a bit different... I got a flat tire on the way to Cookies and the security guards helped me for about an hour! The most important part to me was that I felt safe and (it was dark out and getting late). All in all, I would say Cookies is my new favorite dispo in Tacoma!

I’m diggin the whole experience; especially how they meet you at the doe ready to take yo order. Definitely tell ppl about the place word of mouth and on my podcast. Dope shop. Keep it up

Great place! My 1st time here. Came all the way from Everett! Perri was super helpful and she knew a lot about the products! Worth the drive and def will go again!

I think it's hilarious that people keep confusing Cookies brand with Cookies retail. The latter literally has no control over what the former does. They're also called Berner's now. Friendly service, best selection of high end brands in town, and new daily deals 🙌🏻 plus they told me that they are dog friendly!

Pros: Great product, great layout, quality service, and time saver. Cons: Price is a little high with low-medium amount of products, but quality over quantity. Overall I’m giving it an A. If you don’t mind spending a little extra money this is a great place to shop.
