Definitely the top dispensary in Kalamazoo. Friendly staff and professional facility. Not a fan of $60 1/8 but at least its high quality. For that money would like to see that the products have been tested. A business shouldn't make patients sign a waiver related to the quality of the product the business is selling...

I have been coming here for the last couple of months and have had an awesome experience each visit. The staff is always extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction with the products they sell.

Ryan was a huge help. They offered a wide variety of products reasonably priced.

Jamie is so upbeat and Knowledgeable. Love this location since it opened up its closer easy to get to, and no waiting. I have not sat in one of the waiting room chairs in months. They have it going on at this place. Thank you.

Compassionate Care is by far my most used dispensary. Jordan, one of the bud tenders, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I feel that I learn so much when I stop in because every bud tender has been able to answer all of my questions (and I am a very curious person lol)! :)

Very friendly and no long waits

Really strong team here with focus on customer service. Invariably everyone has been patient, a good educator, kind, and efficient and I've especially liked working with Brice, Keith, and Molly. CCBD offers a great, wide selection of products, fun specials and deals, plus they maintain an extensive schedule of days/hours. The street location is a bit funky to find and the building can be awkward to access, though there is an elevator if you park down the hill in the back. The shop follows the law to the letter but unobtrusively. Feel confident coming here and respected as a MMA patient.

Great deals for 4/20! Excellent service very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful. This was my third visit and the welcoming atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff has been consistently awesome each visit. Prices are very reasonable and the wide selection is stupendous. Can't wait for my next visit.
