I love CCBD because it feels like a medical office I actually enjoy being in. The staff all are friendly and professional and the dress code for the staff is in my opinion very tasteful and uniform. The building itself is large but feels small, every patient has their own room they enter with their budtender and you get a really intimate and meaningful experience as you ask questions; I think this one-to-one approach helps people take the time to think and learn about what they need and would help them the most. Valeda helped me this evening and I told her what I've told every staff member every time I visit CCBD, the whole operation feels more legitimate than any other dispensary I've ever experienced, and I always appreciate that. -MrEyeshy

Definitely the top dispensary in Kalamazoo. Friendly staff and professional facility. Not a fan of $60 1/8 but at least its high quality. For that money would like to see that the products have been tested. A business shouldn't make patients sign a waiver related to the quality of the product the business is selling...

I love how friendly the staff are, the products are base line prices(average prices), the promos they have are amazing, and 10/10 would recommend to friends

With only a mile to 131S in south GR and only a few miles off the exit in Celery City, it's a pretty quick shot down to CCBD for me. Though I forgot my cash (a couple times), I was able to use their on-site ATM. I've always been greeted with warmth and had positive interactions with their staff. Brice and Shane are my favorite advisors so far; both have great personalities and are happy to share their knowledge. But more importantly, all of the advisors have made me feel comfortable to ask all the newbie questions I want. I've always left CCBD feeling confident that I purchased a quality product and that I found something to suit my needs. Thank you!

The prices were on the high side. The selection of flower was good while everything else had two options. They need more selection and their prices need to be a little more on par with Lansing then I will be back.

This was my first visit to Compassionate Care By Design (CCBD). My first impression upon entering was 'these people care.' That was the vibe. I signed-in with drivers license and medical card. Both the exterior and interior setting is clean, inviting and (of course) smells good :) Christy was my bud tender. She is SO knowledgeable and helpful. I asked a lot of questions. She took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I was also impressed with how much she knew about current events surrounding cannabis in Michigan. All of these things put me at ease, and earned my trust that CCBD was a place I could purchase high quality marijuana. I chose two strains of flower, and I am VERY impressed with the quality. I chose Tropicana and GMO (GMO is 26.9% THC!). Beautiful looking, smelling and smoking. It's honestly why I enjoy partaking, so it's a positive sign for me that I will return again. Highly recommended. PS. They have MOON ROCKS!
