Very nice informative and caring staff

This is my go to dispensary. Their pricing is great on flower and patient care advocates (budtenders) are always friendly and, more importantly, HELPFUL. I hate feeling rushed as I pick out my medicine and that just doesn't happen at Columbia Care. The atmosphere is great with a selection of product examples for newer patients and a comfortable waiting area that, as of yet, I have never had to use. 5 minutes was the longest I have ever waited before being called to the counter. I have been given Boveda packs without having to ask, and if you're buying flower you already know this is awesome. Good vibes.

Wow, that's all I can say lol, ask and Ye shall receive, thanks guy's, I have to retract my last comment, yes I know it's mostly the state and growers that usually put kinks in your business, just wasn't sure there for a couple but nice comeback, 80+ strains of Flower, Moonrocks, and even that good Cresco Flower back in, most Disps out west don't have as big of a menu, two big thumbs way up my friends, see ya's soon, keep on keepin on.

Great dispensary. Employees are extremely knowledgeable and are not pushy. I met with the pharmacist on my first visit and she provided excellent recommendations for my conditions. Great variety of products that should cater to anyone’s needs. Everyone is extremely friendly!

Love this place and as a person who is using this amazing plant for medicine i really appreciate time they take to list all the diffrent compounds in each product to help dial in what works. The staff is super friendly and i feel that between listing all the compounds and service is what sets this dispensary apart from the rest it also smells amazing in there. Keep up good work truly doing good out here thanks.

Very friendly staff, decent selection, and always welcoming environment

This dispensary has not been my go-to until recently. This dispensary Is going above and beyond to keep their staff and customers safe during the COVID-19 quarantine. Sure, the others implemented capacity restrictions, but Columbia Care in Wilkes-Barre delivers my pre-ordered products to my vehicle. For the most part, I experienced all the dispensaries offer identical products and have great service. For me, it’s the little things. Loyal customers are earned through care, honesty, respect, and a committed effort to do whatever it takes. Columbia Care is on their way to a very loyal customer.

If you make an online order be sure to check before you give them the cash. The bury in the terms and conditions that they can modify the order price. We made an order, they wouldn't let us pick it up until the next day and the price change. I had no option to come during store hours even though they were open. So the next day I paid 20% more without releasing it. When i called to complain it was basically too bad for you.

The parking access here is a tad limited but the overall location is easy to find. I’ve only been here once so I can’t fully comment on the location but the staff person I chatted with was not familiar with boveda humidity packs. That’s not really a problem but a majority of the flower I’ve purchased here and at other dispensaries have been overly dry and so far only Cresco has included a pack in the container. I hope Columbia Care becomes aware of this brittle-crispy issue and have the humidity packs available as an option. The inside of the dispensary is open, comfortable, and pleasingly decorated and has lots of space to move through the whole process with ease. Thank you!

the services bad I didn't get help with anything I came in to get this is a poor bad services company they're workers are rude and I was only trying to come in buy something different and got bad services & they charge my card and didn't have me no product I'm not a happy customer & I will get yall shut down for this madness. hopefully you fix your problem soon Have a Nice Day ladies & Gentlemen.

Very friendly service. I like that their price breaks out evenly from gram to eighth so you don't have to worry about the deal. I do wish their prices were lower. And I wish they didn't bother with Ilera so much. They often are a little limited on their flower except Ilera. They should have more variety, or stop ordering stock of what people like less.
