Selling ground trim at premium prices is an atrocity and a scam.

The staff at Columbia Care makes this place the best option in my opinion. When you walk into the store, you are met by a one of a kind mural which is done by a LOCAL Brooklyn artist! They have hired within the community, and offer great deals!!! Love this store. Thanks guys

Columbia care always impresses me with their wide variety of products and very kind, welcoming workers. Nice location too that is discrete. Their tinctures and vapes were super potent and exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend to anyone with a medical card.

I recently had my first experience of purchasing medical cannabis. I am brand new to cannabis. I want to see if Cannabis will improve my quality of life. I found Columbia Care. When I started Purchasing from Columbia Care I was nervous at first. Then when my first order was complete and tried product I really was relieved and happy about my decision. Columbia Care was helpful thru customer service, quality product, distribution. Overall is was positive process.😊

Great overall experience getting bud from columbia. Nice location in Brooklyn and the staff were very helpful and open. On top of that it was some of the best weed I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

I have come to this location on multiple occasions, hoping things would get better. The security guard treats you like a criminal and the front desk person is always unorganized and unwelcoming. I have many health issues and hate to be treated poorly when just trying to get relief. The people at checkout seems to be completely different from those in the front. But the experience was so bad that I won’t come back unless I have no other choice, which saddens me.

First time at a dispensary in NYC and I felt welcomed but seemed a bit overwhelmed as what to buy. The weed was fantastic though, definitely is the dispensary I will be going back to

SO nice. I have never gone into a store and feeling like the employees are my friends, seriously. The staff is incredible, they know what they are dealing with, and practice good empathy. They explain how all of their different products help your medical needs step by step. Definitely a pleasure to shop at.

It’s always a pleasant experience going to Columbia Care. I’ve been to multiple of their locations and have noticed differences in product types/what’s in stock so just keep that in mind in terms of what you’re looking for. The people who work here are efficient, competent, and go above and beyond for their customers.

Bought 1/8th of the 24k and 1/8th of sour kush. Dry, ground much finer then I ever would. Too fine for my firefly 2 -lol which defeats the point of it being for a vaporizer. Smoked a J of each. Very harsh - due to the large amounts of ground stem clearly present upon original inspection . Honestly both would have been nice if bud. Again, nobody, even vaporizing would include so much trim. Also feels like a ripoff because you don't actually know how much is bud and how much is trim (judging again by the harshness, the assumption is a lot) Anywhere but NY dispensaries these would be $75 oz

I have been going to Columbia Care for some time now and have really fell in love with this place. Everything is top of line. Top quality products, great customer service, Great communication between the customer and the employees.

The Bug Rx Oil pen they sell has become an absolute favorite of mine. It has long lasting batteries along with a plethora of different strains of weed to buy for the oil cartridges to smoke. My only issue with it, is that I go through these cartridges so quickly that I'm always needing to come back, but that might be the case because I smoke it as often as i do my juul. lol, oops.

Everyone was exceptionally nice! The building itself is really sleek, with displays of their CBD products on shelves behind a white brick wall which painted from top to bottom with very cool designs. I pre preferred online and the entire process took about 10 minutes total. The products themselves work excellently. I have the syringe and the disposal vapes and they all are top quality, however the disposal vapes don’t seem to be filled to the very top

I’ve had experiences where the batteries for cartridges have been really complicated and confusing to use or charge. Though at Columbia Care, not only did the people who worked there show me how to use the pen, but it also came with detailed instructions on how to operate the battery and how to manage my doses of THC. I bought the XL cartridge and it is worth the price as it has been lasting me longer than I’m used to with the vapes.

This place is my go-to for any medical products, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention that they usually have stock in that isn't listed on leafly which is great for those days u want to try something new or find that they are out of the usual. Even the security guard there is super chill and welcoming which is rare! Seriously u owe it to urself to pay them a visit specially if it's ur first time

Another excellent experience at The Cannabist. Placed a pickup order (through Leafly) on Friday evening for a Sat pickup...order was filled before The Cannabist even opened on Sat am! Arrived at the beautiful location (another reviewer compared it to an Apple Store...spot on, and really...even nicer) and was checked right in. Katie provided excellent customer care, and we discussed new strains and other potential favorites. Added to my pickup...no issue at all. The customer next to me was a first-time Cannabist customer and Radha provided him w a detailed walkthrough of product options - was cool to see the first-time customer walk away so confident and satisfied with his purchase as well. Always an easy, educational, and relaxing experience going to The Cannabist.

It's my favorite dispensary in all of Arizona. Always great service, good quality In house brand "Amber". Great deals on concentrates and Cory always gives me the best of the best:).

Please BEWARE, This place has a lot of different products with different price ranges. Prices are expense and the produce. Use Extreme Caution when asking a employee for their opinion use with the products, they will not lead you in the right direction on the product you are looking for( I asked for something that tastes and smells good. That was a bust). You cant see or smell the product before purchasing it.so your truly going off their word. Don't waste you money on the SECHE products they taste horrible, Smells like swag and is a waste of money.

The service is remarkable and super professional, unlike an experience from a dispensary I’ve ever experienced. I was in and out my first time, which in my schedule-packed life is a really important component to have in a medical marijuana dispensary. They give out good discounts, everyone’s very friendly, and answer any and all questions or thoughts about what you may be purchasing.
