Every bud tender - sales - admin - team member is always SO helpful ~ knowledgeable ~ personable and recommendations of product I was new to (edibles, vapes & CBD) were on point! Their attentive & super friendly customer service won me over on my 1st visit and I haven't shopped anywhere else since + plus it's within walking distance. Very happy with Cannabist!

Amazing experience. Greated by 2 great security guards, then I was assisted by Sergio that was very knowledgeable and patient. I was in pain trying to decide a good deal on Vapes, and was struggling to keep it it together. Sergio went above and beyond to help calculate and made some suggestions. Thank you sir

Been there 3 times, mixed experiences with the service. When they’re busy, you’re on your own. Not a large store but they have quality bud. Worth visiting overall solid.

Badass.. way better than AZ on selection and just overall retail store experience. Maybe most of CA is like this but damn… Makes a guy want to move here after my first visit. Check this place out if you are on vacation.

There’s a big variety of bud, really really nice employees. Gets a bit hectic in there when it’s particularly crowded but honestly you have to just wait maybe 1 minute or two to grab someone’s attention and when you do they’re the most helpful and welcoming people ever.

Everyone I encountered at this establishment were friendly, even down to the security guards. I got six different strains that were all above 29% THC, high quality stuff!

Honestly my fav dispo in Diego but today when I visited wasn’t very inviting. As I approached the window I see a sign that says it’s Eric’s birthday so i ask who Eric is & she says “some worker hurry & go in” which is absurd because the older lady who usually works the window is so welcoming. Please keep her from working the window if she’s having a bad day.
