Cola Cove

was in town shortly after they opened last year, glad to see they're still there and as friendly and helpful as ever! great vibes and atmosphere, along with a nice selection of products.

This my usual spot and I normally get great service. This time I was attended by a Jeff or Jared (started with a J). Not only was he rude but he kept my change. Then when I returned he lied saying I gave it to him as a tip and when I told him no I didn't, he threw my change at me instead of handing it to me like I did when I paid him.

Well, I decided to buy and try out the PAX 3, idk if it doesn't function correctly or it's just not for me but I'd rather smoke my joints or cartridges. Upon purchase I was told I had 7 days to return product, beyond that to contact manufacturer. My receipt did not list return/refund policy, I tried finding it online to no avail. I called them and was told that the information I was given was incorrect, if I wanted a refund or it's defective to contact manufacturer and idk how they would give me a refund if I didn't buy through PAX direct but ok? anyway. Would anyone like to buy this off of me?

Top shelf cake mints by LoWd is extremely crispy and over dried or $15g medical🤷‍♂️ Friendly bud tender but not extremely knowledgeable will not be going back anytime soon, I’m sorry.

Been shopping there since they opened. Had an issue with an employee months ago that was let go for poor customer service. They entered an inappropriate comment on my account. I spoke with an employee who said would resolve issue. Not resolved. I went back and spoke with Asst manager and another worker...again they said would resolve. They did not. Earlier this week I went and attempted to resolve this issue a THIRD time. Asst Mng said they would take care of issue "right now." THEY DID NOT. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN UNLESS I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL AND APOLOGY FROM THE OWNER. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HUGE EMPLOYEE TURNOVER. OLD WEED. ONLY CONVENIENCE HAD ME SHOP THERE. WON'T BE BACK FOLKS. WILL STEER OTHERS AWAY. LOTS BETTER OPTIONS WITH LOTS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I just wish they would take a few minutes out of their day to update their menu. It’s not a one-time thing - their stock never matches their posted menu. It’s a cool vibe, but sadly the place up the road has a bigger selection, comparable or better prices, and what you see online is what you get when you walk in. I’ve given this feedback online and in person, but they don’t seem to want to fix it. It’s not that hard or time-consuming. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Always have a huge selection of any genre of product, budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable, prices are fair for the consistent quality, atmosphere is classy and welcoming. Really couldn’t ask for any more in a dispensary. Try them for the top self flower, come back for the top shelf personality.

This place! The concentrates selection...the edibles selection...the flower selection...Oh my! My head head is spinning with the choice possibilities! You tell me another shop that has 60 different strains of flower alone! The staff, each one sweeter than the next, not a sour puss in the bunch. Each one willing to help you to the best of their ability and without blowing smoke up your tuckas (@$$)! Can't stand those budtender snobs that either scoff at your questions or act as if they have something better to do with their time than help you; You will absolutely not find that here at Cola Cove, this place exudes more class than that.-Plus none of the budtenders smell funny. Did you know this place has a fireplace and a live iguana mascot named Bud in the store!?! I say again, you tell me another shop that has that! Definitely recommending and returning to...This place!

This is one of my favorite shops! The staff is always so kind and helpful, the atmosphere is always chill and they carry my favorite medicine such as MamaLou’s CBD products to cartridges by The CO2 Company!

Very cool store! Will be my one stop shop from now on. They have deals on all products whether its bulk like an ounce or just a single gram. Ive never been to a store with so much selection. 50+ flowers and so many different cartridges! My favorite part has to be the live music that they have going on Friday's!

Possibly the nicest dispensary I've been to, with a pretty wide selection of different products I had never even heard of. The staff are all dope, it's always a great experience!

You will not be disappointed with the atmosphere or the knowledgeable staff at Cola Cove. Their selection is top shelf and their budtenders took the time to ask questions and learn about my likes to try and provide some new options. I've enjoyed getting to know some of the people who work there and they are good people who make me feel welcome each and every time I visit.

Awesome selection and great staff that help you find exactly what you need. Would definitely refer a friend to this location.

This place is upscale. I live close by but used to drive farther(passing up at least 6 other dispensaries in route -some of which I've been to once and never went back) to a more "seedy" dispensary that isn't so "upscale" BECAUSE the bartenders at the seedy place are most helpful and the prices are good and the flower seemed as quality as I had purchased once at Cola Cove. Then for Shitz-&-Giggles we were driving by Cola Cove last night and decided to check it out again. When I went there shortly after they opened, they would show you a strain from the display jars to smell and inspect, but THEN they would sell you the flower in already pre-packaged sealed envelopes. And when I got it home it wasn't nice big quality looking buds like you saw in the display jars. This is pretty much why I only bought flower there ONCE SHORTLY after they opened and never went there again & went back to buying at my old regular dispensary farther away from home. However, after going in on a whim last night, we will be going back to Cola Cove as our regular dispensary IF following shopping experiences equal last nights experience BECAUSE -NOW they take the flower you're purchasing right out of the canisters you can smell and inspect! That's a huge improvement over their old prepackaged protocol. The old "seedy" dispensary that we went to "forever" has a lot more bartenders working -like there's always four or five bartenders helping customers... and you stand in line and wait for the next one to help you... and you NEVER wait long EVEN though there are often quite a few shoppers ahead of you. There were only two customers ahead of us last night at Cola Cove.. and there were only two bud tenders... and it took longer to get served than our usual short wait in the longer line at our "seedy" dispensary. However, I observed that the bartunders at Cola Cove, last night, took time to help each of the customer -as they did with us! However, the woman who waited on us was SUPER cool and VERY knowledgable about terpines and various strains AND was able to recommend various strains by knowledge of their terpines and affects!! By the time we got served, we were the only customers... and the other budtender also chimed into our discussion about strains and terpines etc. He was super knowledgeable as well. She was super cool -but he was kinda SNOBBY when we asked if a particular flower we were inspecting was a hydro-grow or dirt --he responded by telling us he wasn't going to disclose that information... like he knew the answer -but wouldn't tell us... REALLY dude! Totally snobby. So not impressed!! Maybe he had a good reason for not telling us... who knows? But I currently can't think of one. We grow our own as well as purchase flower.. and we've grown indoor and outdoor as well as a hydro grow once... so, him being snobby about "NOT" "disclosing" whether a strains is hydro or dirt grow was ridiculous (if he really knew the answer) when we were simply curious since we have some personal experience with home grown flower. But his snobbery won't keep me from trying then again since the flower they currently stock was really good quality flower... the overall quality of the flower they had on hand was excellent. The woman who measured out our purchase chose the nicest buds from the canister. -SO MUCH BETTER than my first experience there (way back when they first opened) -when the flower in the prepackaged envelope was nothing near the quality of the "demo" flower. I mentioned that this was so much better than the prepackaged system -and the woman told me that Cola Cove has changed ownership and they have made changes. So, overall, we were totally impressed with the staff (well all except the guy "refusing" to "disclose" if a particular strain was hydro or dirt grown) and will give them another chance at our business... maybe Cola Cove will end up being our new "regular" dispensary. We were definitely impressed with the quality of the flower we inspected and purchased last night!!!

What I didn’t like is that I went in on Sunday 1/23/22 @ 5:50 pm. Bought a 1/2 ounce and an eighth came home weighed my 1/2 ounce Sure enough ROBBED me and gave me 6.5 GRAMS NOT EVEN A FUL Quarter so the shift manager AUDREY to rectify the issue is to give a discount on our next visit. I would think TWICE before you shop here.the only shop that weighs there products behind a shield so you can’t see the true weight

I love my friends at Cola Cove! If you haven't be to this dispensary, I highly recommend that you do, it's a classy joint ;) I am there on a weekly basis and they always have great people, great products and sweet deals. Thanks to Melissa and the guys who helped me out, ya'll rock :D
