Cloud Cannabis's customer service philosophy seems to be "We don't have to care once we have your cash." I've never seen a company be so stingy to a customer who just wants what they paid for, except when they're running out of cash and going bankrupt. Or maybe the company's owners/investors are just unaware how serious a problem they have at their stores. If you cut corners on hiring retail managers, you'll get people who only see customers as one-off transactions that produce cash. They don't get that insulting and then stonewalling a brand new customer has costs bigger than any one sale: no repeat business and possible loss of other customers due to reputation hit. Details: Vape cart clogged just under halfway consumed. Manager offered me a 10% discount (!) on replacement: "It was discounted 20% already" (irrelevant). I offered 50% on replacement, to cover what I'd consumed. "Nope, we'd lose money on the unit." Done. No counteroffer. What about the money I lost? They don't care.

the deals and smoke was great but the employees taxed us as well as the state which I didn't think that's how you did business in the legitimate world

We tried the Barney berry and ICC by Grass lake. Both were the top 5 buds we have ever smoked. Being 60 and trying new buds is great and cloud has some great farmers they buy from. Recently I found more varieties from grass lake and they were fantastic. We both decided that’s our new go to. Thanks for the great Buds

What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was! I gave him a run for his money too lol, I know what I want and he delivered no hesitation. He also offered a few suggestions on some sales and I obliged! Good job Cloud Cannabis Sincerely Kp
