Your website has said “online menu coming soon” for years lol please get with it. Might sound silly but being able to browse online quickly at what you have in stock is a huge plus for me I’m sure it is for others as well.

Unless you are looking for something specific they do not have, I truly don’t know why you wouldn’t go to cloud 9. Hands down the best prices, quality and the staff is awesome. Every time I have gone here, it has been nothing but wonderful. they always have the best flower around for the best price. Thanks guys!

I love love love this place. It is the only dispensary that I will personally recommend to anyone. I love the selection of flower. Whoever chooses your flower has great taste! :) The only downside that I have ever ran into here is the fact that is so quiet. No music, nothing. Sometimes that can be a little akward.. lol..other than that LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Great prices and hit and miss service. Have had some 1* service and some 5* service. Wouldn't reccomend unless budget is all you are after

Enjoy this small shop. Super friendly staff. Great selection. Only downside for me is there veterans discount. 5% compared to others 10%. Otherwise a great place.

Top dispensary in the Rogue Valley at this point. Quality flower at very, very reasonable prices along with a substantial variety of flower as well, very clean, and none of the employees appear stoned. The only downside is that the staff are a bit inpatient while determining what flower to purchase and do not provide a great description of the flower. I too wish a menu was posted online, but if you haven't checked this place out, one should.

The folks at Cloud 9 are so sweet! They aren’t pushy like other dispensaries I’ve gone to—they will answer any questions you may have but they never try to haggle you into purchasing more costly strains. They have a great selection and reasonable prices. This is my go-to dispensary!

These guys are always so amazing when we come in! They treat us like family and valued customers and make us always feel so welcome in their store. Their selection is wonderful and their prices stay good enough that we can’t help, but spend so much every time we come in!

Great weed af a very fair price, always have found 9.60 out the door grams that go for 12-14 other places in the valley. The employees are knowledgeable and put the weed in your face so u can get a good whiff of it.

Used to buy here for two years. Went in to buy an 1/8th. I sell My handmade carvings in a small box. Have sold to almost everyone there including custom orders for the Owners. Put My box down and checked out what was available. One of the budtenders looked in the box and wanted to buy a carving while I was choosing what I bought. He bought the carving and I bought My 1/8th. Everything seemed pretty happy. Then I am guessing the lead person said to Me that I was very disruptive, come by too much. I have made custom ordered carvings and earrings from the owner's and budtenders. I have been in 2 times in the month of april. Bought something both times. Not feeling very welcome. Lucky there are so many other places to go. All the budtenders are very nice except for the one bad apple. Seen other bad reviews for bad service and since all the other budtenders are great I sure The other bad reviews were about the same person.
