I love this Club!!!! I come up from California to visit family. I pass a lot of Dispensaries on the drive up...this is the only one I go to. The Staff,quality of Product, prices...i could go on for hours. I worked as head of Security at a club for 5 years in California, that place was a joke compared to Cloud 9. Keep up the good work! I will be back.

The product is great but what really makes this dispensary amazing is the people! So helpful and just the right amount of chill ❤️

When pot shopping in Albany, this is the spot! You can get bomb pot at other shops, sure but you're not going to get the quality of service along with your bomb pot. Not unless you're at Cloud 9! Try the Magellan!

I loved that I was able to look at the menu before hand and found exactly what I was looking for! the budtender was super helpful and nice I cant wait till my next visit!! the prices are super reasonable as well! overall my favorite place to buy my medicine🥰

Store has overpriced bud, staff are not very talkative and the shop is very small and crammed. I can find the Groot they sell for $8 a gram and they sell it here for $13.

Great little shop. Very friendly and helpful staff who take the time to get to know you and what your needs are. Good assortment of products at nice reasonable prices. Haven’t really gone anywhere else since I discovered this place close to two years ago.

Quick review: Great shop if you live nearby. -Good flower -Good staff -Point system Cloud 9 is what you are looking for as a member of the canna community. Small shop. Quality buds from top to bottom shelf. Great staff. They also use a point system that you can use to reduce the price of a strain by the dollar per gram. Crazy. I go here because I'm a grower and only go to shops when I have gaps between harvests big enough to run out. Recently, I have stopped in a few other shops and the deals I go for have been either old or super dried out and terpless. This SHOP though, even the bottom shelf is decent with fresh smelling aroma.

My go-to for the best variety of flower and always friendly bud tenders.
