Get your game together guys. Got there early, told me I would have to wait 20 minutes for the doors to open. OK reasonable. So wait 20 minutes go back in to find out they don’t have any inventory and couldn’t process because their computers are down. Not having inventory didn’t change the 20 minutes he made me to wait. Place looks like Starbucks and a bank Would be nice since it’s close to home, but going to wait a while before Another try. there’s other established dispensaries that are worth a 20 minute ride

Absolutely loved this place. Was there last month for the first time and they were all friendly and very helpful. Felt really good to go into a place like this and talk to people that know their stuff. Enjoyed my purchase amd cant wait to go back. Now I dont have drive to Brooklyn to buy Citiva's wonderful products. The store amd the employees were first class. They even helped me pick out the right colored t shirt

This place is awesome. I came in with my daughter, who is getting a medical marijuana card, Q walked me through everything. I was at my wits end, so frustrated, trying to get my daughter her medicine for her seizures, Q took her time and was so patient with us. The rest of the staff was so helpful to. They all took time to explain the products, and give me an overview of what was best for my daughter.

Cannot truly rate the atmosphere of my visit as I sat in my car waiting for curbside pickup. Since I love being in my car I guess that is a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ experience as well. I don't understand why people are complaining about the service and staff here. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences, and there have been a few. The ordering process on Leafly, although slightly awkward, is still easy and fast. I received a text response from Be informing me that they received my order almost immediately and within 30 minutes received a second message letting me know the order was ready for pickup. When I arrived I had my card and cash ready and my discount was already posted with my account, I did not have to remind anyone. My order was brought out to me promptly with a smile and away I went. If you live in the Lower Hudson Valley on the East side of the Hudson River, Be.Husdon Valley is where you should be going for your medical marijuana needs.

They have always been nice in there, but you could tell that no one felt their job was safe for months now. They have been closed for a while and say you can do curbside pickup or email orders but that is false. They only say that to avoid penalties but they are not processing orders. Just completely empty auto reply emails with no text.

The staff at BE are very knowledgeable on behalf of what they are selling. It’s the only dispensary that I will use. They have the best deals you can get.

I love the way they are expanding and setting it up, the dispensary is really nice in my opinion and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to.

This is a high-quality dispensary with absolutely the best customer service one could expect. My phone call to inquire about new patient registration was answered precisely and quickly. Be. definitely excels in that department. I was given information effortlessly, and all with a kind voice on the other end! And after emailing my certification, I actually got a phone call from the same lovely person I had spoken to previously. That to me is head and shoulders above what you expect in this day and age. The store itself is easy to access travel-wise. Plenty of parking available. Inside you are greeted warmly as you enter their lovely facility and given info and instructions and a brief form to fill out for in-house registration. Consultations, of course, are available. 25% off your first order, as well! The selection is tremendous as far as flower and vapes go. If your timing is right, you might see one of their money-saving sales occurring. It's a big help on a fixed budget. The knowledge of the product and brands is outstanding here. I had the assistant manager take my order, and we had a really detailed conversation while the pharmacist labeled my order. That really made my visit complete! In summary, this place rates a rock-solid five stars in everything!

The service was thoughtful, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The team explained the products, reviewed my needs, and the pharmacist checked my other medications for any problems with interactions with their products. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. Since this weekend is their grand opening I didnt expect them to be as organized and efficient as they are. Their prices are fair, they have a good selection of products and are happy to explain how to get the best effects from the product. It was like going to visit a friend who understands your particular problem and will take the time to find a solution. I highly recommend Citiva.

Yes, I'd shop here again, but it comes with a caveat. I'm very concerned about the packaging of your flower products; specifically, the round interior cover sealing the top the product jar. First, the cover is a styrofoam-like material that is friable & falls apart on opening, with tiny bits of the material contaminating the product. Also, the inside surface of that cover is sticky, & small amounts of the products adheres to it. The package is sealed with a tamper-proof tab, so the inner seal is actually redundant. This makes me hesitant to return unless you make a change in this packaging. Please let me know what you think, as it was otherwise a good experience.

They switched my medication without telling me and I only found out when I arrived home. I used online ordering and pickup a sealed bag. They did not review my pickup with me.
