Old product, they don't change bad products. I'm stuck with bad products. Never going back, I prefer Medmen on 35 street and 5 Ave in the city.

I’ve found such support and consistency with the Brooklyn Citiva location, I have nothing but gratitude. I didn’t have any experience in medical marijuana or hope that it would “be enough” I was willing to try but had no idea the impact, because of a lifetime of heavy treatment for heavy things. I felt no judgment and just a general understanding and compassion, and I came in pretty disheveled: I was anxious and didn’t know what the hell I was doing. Each time I returned, I saw familiar caring faces and they remembered me, even if they were busy. I lucked out with this location- it’s been a gift really, I’m grateful. Thanks Be. citiva BK

Not a good atmosphere at all. The location is nice (ie, it is around beautiful landmarks and is nearby my house); however, it is not priced well and the selection is very limited. Wish you worked with more of the producers in this state to offer a larger array of products!!!

Great quality products that you can’t always find at other dispensaries. The service is amazing. I don’t know how they do it, but they are always so incredibly kind and patient. This is how all businesses should be run. Quick and efficient, with stellar employees. They’re all great! I have been here 5 or 6 times and will continue coming.

I ordered online, it was a smooth transaction, the order was filled promptly and the chat feature I found to be very useful. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Definitely would purchase from here again .

First, I was super-impressed with the physical space; it has a spa- or high-end beauty product boutique feel to it that is serene and inviting. More impressive still were the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in developing an online order and pickup process through the COVID-19 pandemic to keep their patients safe while dispensing an essential product. Kudos to everyone involved in the operation.

First time visiting this establishment. Walking in right away I felt good energy. I was greeted by a young woman at the front desk who really cool and helpful. Good vibes! The entire staff was very cool actually. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about most of the other dispensaries I’ve visited. I like this place. I’ll definitely be returning.

If you’re apprehensive or unsure or in any way unsettled about picking up for the first time, don’t be! The staff at Be. is LOVELY. I’ve been going here regularly for a couple of years and everyone is always very nice, approachable and kind. Questions? They’ve got answers. Not sure which promo gets you the best discount? They’ll help. Took off a star for quality because every so often I’ll get product that is towards the end of its shelf life, but otherwise, these folx are phenomenal.

I went there for the first time today in the midst of the growing coronavirus panic, wanting to stock up on medication in preparation for the big shut down. The staff is calm and helpful, the environment is clean and welcoming and the products are varied and highly effective. I feel better already.

I like the personalized service. I love the nature and demeanor of the staff. They are very friendly and call me by name they always make me feel welcome and appreciated. They are weekly sales are helpful and I look forward to them every week.

This is by far the best medical dispensary experience I’ve ever had thanks to the super helpful staff —- especially the women/non-binary folx who have been a huge support in helping me learn the correct medical lingo. So happy to have found this spot!

What can I say? If BE is not your dispensary for you medical cannabis needs. Then you’re doing it wrong. Their product is top notch, but more importantly their customer service goes above and beyond. They have gone out of their way to make me feel like more than just a customer. Other dispensaries should look at this business model and implement it. Furthermore, this dispensary has the most diverse group of employees that I’ve come across, unlike others in the city. This is what progress looks like. Highly recommend it.
