What a total package: this location is the epitome of professionalism and quality. Each staff member is nicer and more knowledgeable than the next. The budtenders LISTEN to you and make appropriate suggestions and dont try to sell you what you dont need. I live 40 miles away and will only shop here. Chesacanna was the first dispensary I excitedly decided on, for my first medical marijuana expertise experience. Walking into Chesacanna, I was calmly greeted by a sweet friendly face. She welcomed me excitedly, knowing I was a first time patient. I was of course nervous, but all anxiety went away as I realized the process was not intimidating DUE TO the overly welcoming and patient service by the staff that I was receiving directly upon arrival. Once the minute-long paper work was filled out, I was sent to the waiting room. The waiting room is very professional and neat, much like a doctors office. The waiting room has advertisements on their walls and tables for the staff picks and discount of the day, updated daily. So, while you wait you are able to read through what is happening that specific day and the deals that are going on. While waiting, patients are able to walk through their wellness center. Having this attached to the dispensary-literally just through a door way (and you dont even have to be a Mmp to walk through the wellness center btw) is very convenient because as I awaited my turn (never longer than 5 minutes depending on the time of day, weekend, etc,) I was able to ask about CBD and the benefits of it, while also having eye candy all around me considering the options for small gifts for other people even if they aren't interested in Medical marijuana. The smoking devices are abundant in there, and depending on what you are looking for, the staff will direct you through asking questions and being genuinely interested in furthering your health. Once a staff member called my name, which I heard in the wellness shop, I walked over and was welcomed into the actual medical marijuana dispensary. The very large room smelled fresh and their was plenty of space to breathe and not feel anxious as a first time user. My first bud tender experience was with a woman named Marni. She was so incredibly knowledgeable, patient and non judgmental. Truly, I do not even feel that worthy when I walk into my general practitioners office. As we spoke about my issues of anxiety, she recommended starting at a smaller dose and of course working my way up from there. I mentioned I wanted to smoke and she thoroughly and articulately went through all the strains and what to expect and recommended through her expertise. Its been one year, and I frequent this dispensary once a week, sometimes a few times. And even though I may feel like I am a bit much sometimes, they never show attitude or judgement, they only show care, the best quality of service, and a loyalty to you as a person who is just simply looking for mental ease and physical pain relief in your everyday life.

Been coming here since they opened up and they've quickly become my favorite. They have the best atmosphere and a very warm and accommodating staff. their specials are also really awesome now - in my mind they have the best specials in the area on high quality products. you could go elsewhere for cheaper but you'll end up with a worse product and experience. I now only go here. There's so much more they have to offer than just flower also, if you want to improve your well being this is the place to start.

I am a dedicated customer when it comes to the Sunday Double Deals at Chesacanna. Since the weekly special run from Sunday-Sunday, customers get to take advantage of both last week’s and next week’s weekly deals in the same visit. I try to go every Sunday if I have time, to stock up as much as I can afford. It seems like the workers genuinely care about helping you save money, and I don’t feel like I am being ripped off like I do sometimes at other dispensaries. If I happen to stop by on a regular weekday, I can also take advantage of the daily deals like 10% off vape cartridges on Wednesdays. Chesacanna is a great place to go to service your medical cannabis needs, and I will continue to support their business in the future.

At a time when virtually every other Baltimore area dispensary has sold out to the international chains, Chesacanna remains a locally owned and independent leader at the top of the local market. Great deals, a uniformly friendly and knowledgeable staff, ample parking, efficient ordering and pickup procedures, and the best product selection in the area -- including an abundant supply of balanced THC/CBD products -- combine to make this the "go to" dispensary in the Baltimore area. My hope is that the opening of the recreational market in Maryland will not alter this, and that medical cannabis patients will continue to receive the magnificent service at Chesacanna that we have come to expect and rely upon.

Great place, one of the nicest dispensary's I've been to. Emily was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she took time with me, asked questions about my cannabis experience and use as well as medical conditions I was treating. In order to make more focused recommendations of products. If you haven't been, I highly recommend a visit to Chesacanna.

Curbside order - per usual during this craziness they always give good quality service . My order was put in this morning , called and pull right up a small wait and i had my 3/20 foods !! Happy 4/20 guys !!

That was my first time trying this new place. Customer service was ok but they forgot to give me all my change back from buying from there dispensary and management took very long time too result this issue. I will not be going there again. That’s not how run a billion dollar industry but for my first time I will not go back and I’m a regular customer in the industry. Thank you

Visiting Chesacanna was my first dispensary experience. Every one you meet, from check-in to the wellness shop, was delightful and friendly. The dispensary itself was lovely as well. There was barely any wait to be seen and my leafly order was bagged and ready to go. Will definitely be back, worth the trip down!

I love this place but I am highly annoyed by last visit. It’s not the customers fault that your prices and weights don’t get advertised correctly on Leafly or Weedmaps! If something is advertised a certain price then that price should be honored in store no questions asked! Your customer should always be right and with this transaction you might have lost one. Easy opportunity to do the right thing here and it wasn’t done. Extremely disappointed
