Cherry City Compassion

My first visit to Cherry City so I was a little nervous about the quality of medicine that would be available. My fears were quickly put to rest upon entering the door from the nice girl at the front desk to the pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I left with better medicine than I have found anywhere in several years now and actually saved money! Thank you Cherry City for your service and commitment to providing quality medicine with a smile as I will be back soon!

I think the thing that I enjoy most about this dispensary is the patience of the staff. The very first time I went there I bought some things but immediately returned. The staff were very concerned that something was wrong but I was just going back for a vape pen I was interested in. About an hour later I was able to try the vape pen out but it didn't work :/ I returned it expressing my concerns and it was immediately fixed. I guess the burner piece needed cleaning for a better connection. After that I came in every chance I got. They have such a variety that I ALWAYS have to get at least four strains. They're all so beautiful and well priced that I just can't help myself ;) no matter how many I ask to look at they never once get impatient. That's a rare thing these days. Definitely five stars all around. :)

Best dispensary in Salem! I’ve been going for several years and after trying other dispensaries in town; CCC proves to be the best! Best atmosphere ,quality, product, and staff. Shout out to Doc especially for always hooking me up with what I need, he really knows his weed. Thanks man.

The shop itself is set up nicely. However standing there for 20 minutes and having everyone who came in after us get served before we were even acknowledged is absurd. Allowing too many people in at once makes you feel claustrophobic. Needless to say my fiancé and I left without a budtender even noticing our existence. We will NOT be returning.

As a customer who values his time, I'd like to see more accuracy in your online menu. Everything else is great!

Not that great of a selection. Way overpriced. Actually charges sales tax separate from price per gram so you do pay more than the price marked. Paid $10 for a 1g Rollie, including the cardboard and paper barely got to 3/4 of a gram. I have no intentions on visiting this place again. Also I think there may be a seed in the Rollie as I can see it through the paper. There are several other places more deserving of your money. The most expensive place I have been to yet and the only one I have had to pay a separate fee for taxes.

Okay I've been to this shop about 6 times since October and I have to say that some things would have to change before I would ever shop here again. First and foremost the under weighed bags have to stop. I had a gram in October that weighed .98 not too bad but still. I didn't check again until the last two that I bought a week apart in the beginning of February. First was the .92 gram that I bought...and to add insult to injury I was sold the .89 gram!!! I even played $16.25 for that gram! That's on pace for a $56.87 3.12 8th. I feel like a moron for purchasing product from your store. I feel ripped off. My only other complaint is the tax. It really just needs to be included in the menu price and not seperated out. Its annoying and over complicated things. To be fair I will say that you have way more strains available then you used too.

It is frustrating to hear your bud tender continuously answer your questions with,"I don't know." The manager is kind of a grouchy old woman. Their flower quality was about average, with several crusty looking outdoor strains too. I wasn't too impressed with the flower I did purchase.

I gave Cherry City Compassion another shot, even though my first experience with their ACDC was poor because the grower clearly had no idea how to trim or cure flowers. I tried bubble gum (8% THC, 5% CBD), but once again the flower being sold was not properly cured so I have no idea what bubble gum was supposed to do. The bud was tinder dry with an extremely bitter taste; it actually caused a migraine and did nothing for my arthritis. I felt a little floaty, but it was uncomfortable. My trust in Cherry City Compassion is pretty much gone — for a dispensary that touts its expertise in the business and charges a premium for it, they don’t know much about cannabis.

I will definitely shop here again! Awesome service from great people. Especially thankful to Joe for helping find the right meds for me. Totally worth my trip.
