Very nice and welcoming place. Very easy to get a quick gram they have many grams of pre weighed flower so you can get in and out fast.. They also have a nice selection of oil and have .4 grams too so you can test.. I like this store and will be back...

2g minimum packages for flower. Service was poor and not helpful.

Friendly, knowledgeable, patient staff. Got some pre rolls, edibles and flower and loved everything I got. They take credit/debit cards!First time in and will definitely be back.

5 stars. The guy who works there gave me the best customer service I have ever received at a dispensary. He knew the product inside and out and was very nice. They have A+ flower at competitive prices and some most excellent BHO and edibles. Parking is super easy right outside the front door. Nice professional, but not uptight, atmosphere. Wow.this was my first time visit and I will say that I am impressed by the staff and their knowledge of the flowers and recommendations. I will definitely recommend this place to other OMMP patients. I've had my green card for a couple years through several states AZ, CA, & now OR. Oregon was supposed to be the promised land for exceptional medicine, but most compassion clubs primarily stock grassy weed that is improperly cured. In a state known for great cannabis, I have been disappointed and I find it unacceptable to charge us top-shelf prices on mediocre flowers. I grow a premium organic garden myself, and there is no excuse not to have perfect flowers every time :-/ Then yesterday morning, I wander in on Powell, and it was like a breath of fresh air! Apparently the ownership is all brand new as of May 2014. The staff is knowledgable, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, almost more like a doctors office. The selection was massive, the flowers were very sugary across the board! The employees know better than to let people stick their hand into the medicine jar. I personally smoke well-over an ounce every week, and the four quarters I picked up were all stellar! Harlequin with high CBDs is sweet tasting and highly medicinal, I like mixing it with the Purple God Bud I got. According to them, it tested close to 30% THC, on three different testings! I dig the combo ;-) I also picked up some beautiful Black Cherry Soda a batch of Jack Herer that tastes perfect... I can't wait to pick up some more from them soon <3

Overall experience was cool. Would've like to seen buds picked from jar instead of getting my buds in a pre-pack. Also, very unsatisfied with Chernobyl, for industrial grower and price, I expected to taste buds that came from plants properly flushed before harvest. The fertilizer/ poop taste was not appealing.

They feature some good farms, but seem generally out of touch with the needs of the Portland cannabis market. I've been treating chalice like a 7/11; it's there if I am feeling lazy and am willing to settle for a prepackaged 8th with shake on the bottom. Or a preroll full of desiccated larf.

***Buyer Beware*** I have never felt more compelled to review a dispensary. I sit here a day later still feeling like this place got one over on me & that is their M.O. from the start. I have read & heard good things about Chalice Farms flowers. I believe they even have a couple major award winners in house as well. They started out as producers & have evolved into operating 4 retail locations as well. To my delight they opened the location on Powell. I finally was able to make it in last night & was really looking forward to their great flower. First off, the staff were both very nice & professional. The first clue, which almost made me leave (should have!) was that they only sell a 2 gram minimum, when I asked the price of a gram. This is total BS & even they have to know this. They can use any excuse they want, but it is insulting at its best. I was really there for an eighth of their best indica until I found out they were trying to ask $60 for an eighth. Yes, $60 for an eighth. I have been to my share of the local storefronts & this is the most ridiculous pricing & pricing structure I have ever seen. Now, on to the indica itself. They have small show jars with apparently the best quarter from each strain. This is where things got even weirder here. I decided on the sharks breath, which was their headiest indica they had at 28%. The show jar sample looked dipped in sugar & smelled piney & pungent, just excellent product. I relented & grabbed "2" grams, as I told myself never again. To my total surprise they hand me a bag which a plastic container already to go. What happened to picking it out or even letting you choose a bud you like & weighing it in front of you?? Got home & I'm floored upon opening my goodies. What I have smells like hay, very pre mature & has little resin unlike the great sample I was shown. Figured oh well let's see how it smokes. I go to twist one up & out pops a bean. What!?!? I bought the top of their shelf & is smells like hay & has beans. Wtf. After the first couple of puffs, there it is, that distinct taste of chlorophyll & fresh herb. Unreal!! I just feel cheated & totally taken advantage of by this place. I have never had a worse experience at a local dispensary. And have never had such poor quality product for such an insane markup. Especially since they are the producer. Direct to market! Anyways, I digress. Chalice, if you care to reach out to gain any further details or care to make me see you in any different light, I'd be surprised. So for know, fellow Leflians, don't say you weren't warned.

great selection of edibles, pipes, and gear. highly recommend their chocolates, esp the mocha. i did not buy any flower this time, so icant comment on the quality, but the selection was pretty broad. helpful staff, they hovered just enough to be helpful.

Old dry and Poor quality flower. What I was sold and what was on display was not the same.

Incredibly sweet young woman helped me, she had endless knowledge on all the different products. The store was open and welcoming, the selection the best I’ve seen in this City. I will be back.

Went in for my first recreational purchase today. Being new to the scene I wanted just a single gram but was told no, and that they were only selling two grams and up. Seriously...? So I looked at my only other option, a pre rolled joint for $5. The guy at the counter charged me a taxed price of $7 which is unacceptable due to the fact that marijuana isn't being taxed until 2016. My first time visit left me disappointed and dissatisfied, won't be back, won't recommend. Buy elsewhere :)

When I first came here the girl was really sweet to me, they have a GREAT selection to choose from, from oils to edibles of all kinds, this is my new place I'll never go anywhere else :)

Great place to go. I was a first timer there and the owner was way cool and helpful. He let me check out everything and let me know about them also. this is one of my top picks around this area, great ppl and products and donations are good also.

This is a tiny tiny little shop, but I love their $5/gram special…a house blend of flowers and keef from the bottom of the jars. :) Staff was wonderfully helpful. Just wish this place was a little bigger. I felt like a bull in a china shop. lol
