I was really looking forward to Certified Dispensary’s New Year’s Day sale. I waited a whole week because they advertised 50% off on Certified processed goods. However, when I went to shop on New Year’s Day, they had changed the sale terms without notice. Instead of the straightforward 50% off, the deal now required buying an item of equal or equivalent value to get the discount.
This change felt misleading and frustrating, especially after anticipating the sale all week. While I understand terms can change, better communication would have gone a long way. I hope Certified Dispensary can be more transparent about their promotions in the future.
