Central Ave Compassionate Care (Medical Only)

This has been my go-to dispensary for 2+ years. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and always pleasant. The product selection is good (though I miss the Brother Jonathan capsules), and the prices competitive. I’m happy to give them my business.

Not sure what is going on with the trimming but I won't go back for a while. Waste on top of high prices.

Great product with awesome service

I live an hour and a half from this dispensary, but any time I find myself in the area I always make sure I carve out time to stop here and stock up. Excellent experience all around: welcoming atmosphere, helpful employees, and great selections. One of my favorite medical dispensaries in the state. Keep up the awesome job!!!

A bit disappointed that the selection here includes quite a bit less med selection than what's available at their rec shop, but the staff is friendly and I've always felt welcome.

The staff was very helpful the few times I've gone in, especially the girl named Robin. She was a great help with choosing the correct strains that would help my fibromyalgia. For that kind of care I'm definitely going back.

I went to the CACCI dispensary today and was very pleased with the service provided! The location is nice, and it's kind of quiet around there and the parking is good. I use a wheelchair and I was happy to see the place is accessible. I spoke to a really nice guy who did my intake and he was very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He wasn't just trying to make a sale, he was trying to do what was best for me. He counseled me about their products and the best way to take them. The other staff I spoke to were very nice too. I was really impressed how the place is run like a pharmacy in many ways. The products are package very similar to a pharmacy. The selection of products and the prices are good. This is definitely the dispensary I plan on using going forward.

A+ Service and A+ Products! Medical Only means no wait and superior product. Staff are knowledgeable and customer focused. My #1 dispensary having been to 15+ dispensaries between Boston and Worcester.

I don’t like that you have to buy a whole ounce to get the same price other places charge for an ounce of different strains but the quality is beyond compare which is why it’s my go to dispensary

Central Ave. is top notch. I am going into my third year using this as my primary medical dispensary. I have learned so much from the staff there. Recently, I have been exploring the world of concentrates. Not being very experienced with them, I was so pleased with the information I received about vaporizers and dab hardware. I have now found a way to dispense my medical cannabis very efficiently and effectively. C.A.C.C. will continue to be my favorite dispensary.

This is a really good dispensary. They have a great selection of products and the quality is what it should be. I pass by the dispensary that is 7 miles from my house and visit this one instead because the quality at Central Ave Compassionate Care is that much better.

This was my first experience purchasing medical marijuana and it was a dream. I was welcomed, sat down, and handed a menu. A bud tender worked with me through the menu to select the best products for treatment. I’ve been relaxed and not overwhelmed by the effects. Currently smoking blue dream(flower) lemon drop (pod era vape) and I picked up some 1;1 ratio caramels. All have been extremely high quality and the flower is manicured to perfection. I’ll be back for sure.

I loved central ave! I don’t live super close but I stopped on my way somewhere last night and was so delighted with how great everyone there was. The service was outstanding I felt very taken care of and all of the staff seemed happy to be there and to help. I’ll definitely be making the trip to visit again!

Really convenient location only minutes from route 2. They have a very comfortable waiting area with big leather chairs and plenty of staff on hand to greet you and go over any questions.

Central ave is great. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection from flower to edibles. I could not recommend this place enough!
