Central Ave Compassionate Care (Medical Only)

I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries in Massachusetts, and Central is by far one of the better. Great selection on concentrates, flower, edibles, and carts! I’m always happy with each visit there. Easy, chill place with quick service. Always parking too! New patient or a seasoned stoner Central is worth a visit!

Central Ave. is top notch. I am going into my third year using this as my primary medical dispensary. I have learned so much from the staff there. Recently, I have been exploring the world of concentrates. Not being very experienced with them, I was so pleased with the information I received about vaporizers and dab hardware. I have now found a way to dispense my medical cannabis very efficiently and effectively. C.A.C.C. will continue to be my favorite dispensary.

The entire staff is genuinely friendly and gregarious. The products and service are unmatched, and all of this combined with their exceptional knowledge make it a 10 out of 10.

This problem may be more due to regulation and capitalism than specifically to CACC, but there is little recourse. They sold me distinctly sub-grade product, but in fact I believe the blame actually belongs to the regulators. The problem is twofold, short weights and bad quality. Today I purchased 1/2 OZ of Mont Blanc bud, grown and packaged by Central Harvest, and it is poop?! Not only did it weigh in at only 10g, for what was supposed to be 14g, but it was dry as a bone (which may explain why it was so light, but if so, that is also a clear measure of how overly dry it was)! It is supposed to be cured, and to retain some moisture. When I ground a few buds, just a little, it was reduced to DUST! The problem is, apparently, there is no way to inspect the product before buying it, and once bought (and especially opened, which is necessary to inspect it), it cannot be returned! What else cannot be returned if it is faulty? I had better service on the black market! Short weights and bad quality are unacceptable! And continuing to sell short weights, once they know they are short (and this review should serve notice), should be CRIMINAL. In fact, I think it IS criminal. This has to improve, othewise I’ll have to start complaining to the Commission, and growing my own.

I have been to this dispensary many times as it is the one of the only two within distance, as I have Epilepsy and can't drive. The staff at this location is always very friendly and helpful. The quality of the product if pretty good as well. I personally think that the flower is a little dry but that may just be me. It still is very good, I especially like their Girl Scout Cookies. Overall I would recommend this dispensary to anyone who hasn't ever been. This is my go to place when my caregiver is on vacation or can not make it to me within time.

Great dispensary, great staff. Recently acquired a med card and felt anxious but when I walked inside it was very comfortable! Staff is professional, very welcoming, and we’re amazingly helpful (they’re also pretty funny). Most of the products I have recieved have been great quality, only had one issue—bud was a little extra dry when I got it. It should be noted that it only happened once and I am a frequent patient.

This was the most smelling cannabis shop ever. It smelled like everyone smoked cannabis 24/7 in that shop and office. The cashier dressed pretty badly and unprofessional. Prices were elevated.

Lovely staff that are extremely knowledgeable, easy to access with plenty of parking! The o.pen vape cartridges are amazing, so glad they finally added topicals and tinctures!

Everyone at CACCI is superb! Excellent,friendly, knowledgeable,HAPPY, people. The owners are LOCAL FOLKS and so down-to-earth and want to make a difference, not a buck - no Corporate crap here. I have been to other dispensaries but they just aren't the same. It's an experience that you have to have yourself.

This was my first experience purchasing medical marijuana and it was a dream. I was welcomed, sat down, and handed a menu. A bud tender worked with me through the menu to select the best products for treatment. I’ve been relaxed and not overwhelmed by the effects. Currently smoking blue dream(flower) lemon drop (pod era vape) and I picked up some 1;1 ratio caramels. All have been extremely high quality and the flower is manicured to perfection. I’ll be back for sure.
