Cascade Kropz - Recreational

Seems to have the best quality flower selection. Small building, not much staff, but I found the only strain here that's ever really helped my pain. These guys recommended exactly what I needed. It's my go to shop now.

I have gotten some product from here a couple times, it has been hit and miss. I recently made a phone call to ask about some product that was advertised on leafly, they just did a farting sound and hung up on me. It's one thing that we are still spending the same amount on a legal plant that we were 15 years ago when it was more risky to be in the business, but the lack of professionalism from some in the industry is disgusting. There are better places with higher quality and better pricing. If you don't like leafly just get off the platform, if you don't want people calling about your specials, update your page. I won't be a patronage here any longer and will be recommending a different shop to all that ask. Just found Local Roots, much more professional. The lack of offerings in the area sucks, so I often just head down to everett.

I've been coming here nearly exclusively since this store opened. the couple of times I checked out other stores left me disappointed in comparison. Amazing selection! Excellent service! And the prices, like everywhere else that it's recreational, are high...BUT reasonable. Cheaper even, at least cheaper than the few others I've been to. One very very helpful thing they have that I haven't seen elsewhere, a listing of available strains, complete with description of the strain. They used to keep several binders available for people to browse...they've updated to iPads now. The nicest part of that is they keep their website constantly updated, as well. So you can browse from home or wherever and know what you want when you get there! They have a GREAT staff, all very very knowledgeable about their products. I think it might be family run? Anywho, there are always plenty of people working there, it's quick in and out even when they're busy. Well there is my review...

Laid back, friendly, knowledgable staff, & a great selection. I drive from Lake Stevens once a month or so. Worth it!

Where do I start... Such a breath of fresh air. Felt the good vibes as soon as I walked in, great service with knowledgeable bud tenders. Didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything which is great. Glad to see you at the top of the street and out of the gravel pit!!!!

I was searching for a new go to store since I love in the middle of no where. wow, my first time in there and it is what made decide that this place was it. Awesome music playing, neat atmosphere and store, and super friendly and helpful staff. I'll be coming there for now on 😃

Saw on their website that they had Dutch Treat strain so my husband and I went in after work since it was my favorite strain from when I smoked more frequently. Had no idea they had it at 26% THC and for $25 a gram. I also really liked that their menu board's prices included tax so you knew exactly what everything cost. Great experience

Kropz is the only place Ive been too for about 2 years! The staff is amazing and so friendly. They know exactly what strain to get when I walk in. I love this place so much!!

Well... how do I even start? The first time I walked in I was rushed thru the whole process — the second time I came in (they seem to be the only place that carries Fireline’s new strain Watermelon Gelato) they were great and took the time to answer my questions and help me with some questions about stuff. The third time I walked in... reminded me why I won’t come back (I’m sorely disappointed) the guy who helped me my second visit was super nice- the same guy on my third visit wasn’t so nice. He was a little rude and tried to show me products I didn’t want when I inquired about when the new strain would come back in. I felt rushed again and the service or lack of service was really just sad. I left feeling like I was rudely addressed and not taken seriously. I choose to spend my money elsewhere such as PRC (both Arlington & Conway) and The Vault-Silvana. Yes this place may be popular but as far as customer service. This place f*ckin’ sucks.

Lousy customer service. After coming here for a few years now, and spending about $200+ per month on average, I was told I couldn't return a torch for store credit. Initially I was told the Owners were not in when I asked, but low and behold a person daying they were an Owner came to talk to me when I asked for the Owners phone number. Both the Manager and the Owner were very rude and explained it wasn't their Policy to do returns. I will no longer be patronizing an establishment that has so little regard for their customers.

For starters they use your service which is always inaccurate, always crashing and a host of other problems...menu always incorrect...this place had potential..:pretty decent staff however no deals...they say they keep prices lower but in actuality the are the same...exzactly the same as everybody else...

Mondays off are awesome. I can get stoned as fuck while not cleaning the house, especially the bathrooms. Dinner isn't getting prepped by yours truly either thanks to UBER eats! My to do list can SUCK IT thanks to the 100mg indica ampule by double delicious. Popped by while running errands in the North end, easy to find shop. I walked in and loved the layout. Wide open floor plan with tons of counter space and easy sight lines to product. Service is top shelf, staff are quick to offer help and were well versed in my go to edibles and offered great recommendations to try something new. I requested something edible that will knock me on my ass as my tolerance is very high. The 100mg indica ampule shot by Double Delcious has almost zero taste, simply open the stopper and drink it. Goes down smooth, feels like only 5-6 drops with no heavy weed flavor or aroma. I was warned that taking the entire ampule would feel like smoking 3 joints solo so I'm trying out only half to start. What I enjoy about edibles with concentrate is they'll hit your system in about 30 minutes vs 1-2 hours. Indica are a fav on a day off with no plans as Sativa blends make me want to clean my house for 15 hours. Thanks a ton Cascade Kropz. Product was cheaper than nearby neighboring shops. I'll be enjoyed my day off thanks to your fantastic service.

Very professional shop, also convenient at less than 5 miles away from my house. The hemployee's were helpful and knowledgable, not to mention nice and enviting. Compared to other shops I've visited, they had very low, black market prices. They have ten dollar grams and although they had only 7% THC, their buds gave a quality, clear-headed high. I enjoyed the comfy, laid-back atmosphere and quantity of strains. I definitely recommend visiting.

Cascade Kropz is the best. Easy to get to, never a wait, lots of variety in strain and product. They ALWAYS have multiple strains with high THC %. Friendly staff and good parking in the back.

Discrete location, family owned, great selection...definitely returning

Straight forward recreational dispensary. I happen to like these people a bit more than others, personally. Their prices are "THE BEST" overall vs other rec stores. Not by much, because after all, it is still recreational pricing (ick). The environment is inviting with very knowledgeable staff on hand to guide your questions, concerns, be a victim of your latest joke etc...the menu is by far their main attraction. Split into 2 colors are the indica and sativa strains. Easy way for us potheads to determine "eh, awake? Or asleep?" Many, many strains from numerous growers to choose from. Many fair priced concentrates as well. For recreational, this is about the best.

Cascade Kropz is a small, cozy store a little off of the beaten path. Totally worth the detour, they are friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is a fun cross between a coffee shop and a fine wine store, and the menu is a similar blend. Each product is listed in an organized, yet artful way with a vivid description of it's characteristics and effects. The staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help you find a product that's right for you. I purchased Dynamite from Pioneer Nuggets. It came smartly packaged in a small can reminiscent of a fine craft beer. Quality and freshness was immediately apparent when I opened it! Definitely worth a trip. Check it out!
