So this shop, is a one stop shop that will continue to make you happy. The staff there are dedicated to helping you pick a strain that will satisfy your needs. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. Product is limited but satisfactory. Great vibe, music, and good lookin' buds!

I've been to all the rec. stores and this one Is by far the best. The owner is right there to talk to. Best quality for even cheaper. Very helpful and great prices. Feels very local when you walk in and talk to to staff. I love all the shops and legal weed but cascade is the one I prefer.

3 for 30 joint deal was amaze. I tried Snoop's Dream, Sugar Plum, and Headband and loved them all! They have pretty good selection of edibles, especially in bulk. I went with the Spot Sativa brownie. Taste was so-so but definitely did the job. I liked the people there too! All around pleasant experience.. Best place I've been to in Bham so far.

I'm a beginning smoker and I was met with nothing but smiles and recommendations. I'm going back to shop here while I'm up in college, this is definitely a good, clean and friendly dispensary.

This is the best shop in western Washington. Convenient location just of I 5, friendly and helpful staff, and the atmosphere, fixtures, paintings, etc. make this a very pleasant place to visit and support. I've been in the other shops in the area and this is TOPS!! Go Cascade Herb Co.

Quick, friendly service. The owner was very helpful and informative. They have a nice selection/variety of product and even had one of my favorite strands available! Also, I was given complimentary rolling papers with my purchase, which is always a wonderful plus. I will definitely be returning. Two thumbs up high.

The good... budtenders are the nicest, most helpful I have met. As a medical user, I'm extremely sensitive to moldy flowers. Once I mentioned that, they were more than happy to dig through ALL of the product to find the one most recently harvested (longer it's around, the more mold it grows. Thank the LCB). So that was super cool. Also, they offer a nice 20% store wide, Industry Discount if you work for any producer/processor they carry. The bad... the owner is a JERK!! After looking through all the bubblers and finally choosing one, my only remaining concern was the stem. It was a bit short and I wanted to make sure that it wouldn't need to be filled to the point I'd always be risking water in my mouth (yuck!). The budtender knew I was going to purchase and understood my concern. I asked if he could put water in it so I could try it and be certain. He agreed and put water in it for me. As he hands it to me to try, the owner comes out from the back, looks at me and yells (in a store FULL of people) "Ma'am, DON'T put your mouth on that! What's wrong with you??" and shook his head at me. I felt like a toddler being chastised at daycare!! Now, I understand you don't want customers putting their mouths all over your pieces but come on! The pieces are all locked up and have to be asked for. Why wouldn't you want to let a customer verify it works for them? Rubbing alcohol is readily available to wipe off the mouth pieces. But all that aside...how incredibly rude for him to speak to a customer in that way! If I hadn't received amazing service from my budtender, I would not have made ANY purchase there purely based on the behavior of the owner. Another thing...the owner looks dirty, greasy and nasty. Hygiene is certainly not something he takes pride in.

he I couldn't believe how blatantly rude the staff was to me. I did absolutely nothing to provoke it. The prices here are also terrible it's not worth visiting by a long shot, there's another place near by and will soon be another across the street and I can't imagine it'll be any worse than this place. easily my worst experience purchasing cannabis. Tried to ask where the nearest bus stop was and was cut off by an employee (who was "helping" another customer) overpowering my question with Ok bye! mid sentence, it wasn't accidental I'm 100% sure. don't go heree purely to avoid supporting these jerks. Pick a less overpriced more friendly location.

Way better than 2020. Less pressure from sales staff. They listen to you and show you what you want to see. They don't just suggest what they like personally or try and sell you what they have too much of. This place totally stole me away from gimmicky 2020.

Cascade is low-key, no pressure sort of casual atmosphere that you used to find at a headshop. They have a good selection, fair prices and you can use your credit/debit card. They've got my business, every week.

Best shop in town! I have been to a couple of places in town and was going to 20/20 pretty regularly. That has all changed! This place is awesome! Great selection and really decent prices (for retail marijuana). They have a huge selection of edibles too! You won't be disappointed if you go! Oh, and they have Cheese head ;)
