no dislikes at all... love the place and the people..... even the security there is awesome!!! this is definitely a 5 star place..

I felt very protected from the time the door opened. The process was smooth and easy. Everyone was very nice and Professional. Jessie was quick and knowledgeable. It kinda looks and feels like place where u can get coffee and blow one after or before work. I will definitely be back.

Capital City Care combines top-notch service with top-notch products. They offer a slightly different retail experience because they grow and sell their own cannabis products as well as other cultivators. They have a highly knowledgeable staff (no pun intended...lol) and a very cool color-coding system to label their products in the store. Not to mention their super convenient location on U St!

Capital City Care was my first-ever dispensary experience, and it couldn't have gone better! Natalie was wonderful and so helpful, she walked me through everything and answered all of my questions, and there were a lot of them. The space is welcoming and clean with a great selection. 5 stars.. What a great store. The first one I visited and best one I visited so far. I never felt rushed or to buy something that I didn't want. You will not be disappointed. The only drawback and not due to the store is parking. Parking is a little hard to find on the weekends.

Place is AWESOME! Best dispensary in DC hands down. This is now my number one store. Staff is friendly and the store is aesthetically pleasing.

It’s in a part of town surrounded by high end condos. Feels expensive. Their prices are actually equal or below the other DC dispensaries. Parking on the street is iffy on how many blocks you may walk. Now keep in mind. This is covid era when most dispensaries say, know what you want, In/Out. When I walked in. Clean, very clean... it feels professional & of high quality. This budtender, I forgot the name- receipt says- cashier 42429. Slim, young white guy with a piercing. He was so welcoming & he really understands how cannabis works. They kept the showroom limited to just a few people with masks and distanced. Still allowing a fairly typical bud-tender experience we’ve all seen on tv. It was nice to see they found a safe way to continue that. Time for one on one support is absolutely needed for medicine. I bought a good amount & learned just as much! Great experience. My favorite place so far!!

This review is only for the negative experience I just had at Capital City Care, not for the product nor for the customer service of the 2 employees doing their best to help me. While discussing the flowers that I couldn't have because I experienced congestion after smoking them, we were "shushed" loudly (and rudely, needless to say) by a manager or owner who was on the phone at the cashier area, apparently addressing a customer service or technical problem. I'm pretty laid-back, but as a 50-yr-old woman, I don't take kindly to being shushed by anyone, especially in a customer service context. I will post this to be helpful and will consider returning to this business only if they reach out to make amends; I realize they don't need my business. but I was really psyched to return to Capital City Care today for the first time since their old location burned down. Oh, well.

First time coming to this location, it was everything.. This place is amazing. The staff gave excellent service and the product was awesome. You best believe i will be back. P.S the Temple Balls are a must buy!!!!!

This place is amazing!!! I mean...the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. They have a wide selection of flower, which I love. Product is consistent and GOOD! They've been closed for a year and I'm oooohhhh so happy that they're back and right down the block from home!
