The Cannary is one of the cutest and cleanest shops Ive visited. The tenders are awesome and I can't wait to visit again.

I like the location but the parking can be challenging. The bud tenders have always been helpful. This was my first visit since the new laws went into effect in January. Got 2 nice sativa strains, durban poison and lemon thai stick. Both were VERY YUMMY and really excellent sativas. My fave of the 2 is the durban poison as I can really get stuff done and it did not dry out my mouth as much as other strains: also, the munchies are highly (haha) manageable. I came in for the sour diesel special ($150/oz) wow! But only one was left, none to see or smell as it was sealed up and the bids were so small and loose, so I didn’t buy it and that was a disappointment. Some customers came in that were friends with the bud tenders and they were soooo loud I couldn’t focus, so I just purchased the 2 items and left, forgetting to get my frequent flyer card punched.

Great place. A huge selection, great parking. Helpful staff. Worth the stop.

Friendliest staff, amazing product samples, good marketing... this place has it all. Nowhere else In la is gonna take as good of care of you as cannary. I can’t recommend just one thing. Lovely place

Great spot. Clean and organized

I have a rec. Their entire check-in process is web based. They take pictures of your photo ID but they won't accept a PDF of the rec. They won't let you email it to them so they can upload it or print it themselves using the printer they have behind the counter in plain sight. No one asked if I had any proof of address matching the rec like a car registration, lease, etc. I had that on my phone as well. I was forced to pay recreational pricing (about an extra $20). I was given no courtesy of a first time discount. I received no accommodation of any kind. Even the sales guy felt bad and asked his manager if there was anything they can do and they weren't willing to offer anything. When you go there for the first time you must bring a paper printout of your rec along with proof matching the address on the rec if you don't have a state issued photo ID.

As a medical patient from MA, this is my only dispensary in LA. The choice of CBD edibles is excellent and my go to are the watermelon or sour apple gummies. Vape cartridges are on point. Kingpen is my go to for Skywalker. I was recommended Raw Garden live resin...3 Bears...one hit and I melted into warm goo. Best cartridge I’ve ever had. The staff is excellent. Security is inviting and friendly. The counter staff is knowledgeable and reads their customer well. I’ve had the pleasure of one particular gentleman a few times and it’s like being with an old friend. So yeah, I kinda like this place!

This site doesn't allow me to edit a previous review, so I am posting another. I had a problem with a broken cartridge, and if you read my prior review you can see what it was and that the store emailed me about it. They told me that what the person on the phone said was incorrect. They replaced my broken cartridge and apologized repeatedly. I feel more than satisfied they dealt with the issue courteously and professionally. I'm happy because it is the nicest store I've been in and was bummed about not going there any more, and now I plan on returning. It's not important that a place makes a mistake, what impresses me is how they fix it. And the two managers there, Alan and Dre, are great. Thank you.

The prices change depending on who you talk to. They also make up their own hours. I called them they told me they close at 10pm. So I came all the way from Santa Monica and once I got there there was nobody in the front of the shop and then finally someone popped out of the back room and told me oh we decided to close early. I asked why he said no particular reason. I don't understand why you would tell somebody you're open to 10 and have the hours posted on your door if you're just going to make up your own hours.
