CannaCruz is excellent. Friendly knowledgeable staff. A very welcoming atmosphere. Great quality. Great selection.

Had an allergic reaction to the mimosa smalls, tried to return and got a lot of flack. Employees were rude and tried to intimidate me, when I tried to make the return. Quality has diminished lately, management is to blame. Will not return. I agree this place SUCKS. Plenty of good dispensaries around, avoid this one.

I've been here a few times now, and it's been a consistently enjoyable experience. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and helpful, the vibe is low-key and casual, and the bud itself is top notch. Don't worry about breaking your bank for the top-shelf here, the two middle tiers are both of superb quality.

This place is Amazing! By far one of my absolute favorite collectives in the Bay Area! John, one of the bud tenders, is amazing and super knowledgeable and friendly! Top quality at this place as well as they make their own! Totally friendly and tons of product! If I had more thumbs, I put more than two thumbs up LOL

Professional, polite, and educated! These guys have got it down, they test all their meds and on top of that they educated me about terpenes, will be back forsure

This dispensary is one of my favorite & always return too it. They have the best meds in Santa Cruz & they have bomb pre-rolls. They always have deals so if you lookn to buy cheap & good quality bud go Canna Cruz I would definitely recommend it to anyone! People it's a must to go visit Canna Cruz. The people working there are nice & they'll help you find out what's good for you.

Other than the lobby being small and crowded when I got there this place rocks. Decent folk who aren't afraid of discussing the medicine without saying "well it's different for everyone" I hate when the 'tenders say that when you ask about quality. Good selection here and they treat you well.

Great place, conveniently located. The staff are patient and knowledgeable. They consistently have 20-35 dollar eigths, and it tends to be pretty decent strains.

Love CannaCruz. The staff is professional always yet extremely friendly. Located in a good spot with security on staff, multiple parking spots, and a nice building. In all respects, from the Budtender's knowledgeable and patient demeanors to the huge variety of real quality strains and products, this is the quintessential dispensary to do all of your shopping. Outstanding.

The budtenders are great people, super informed about their selection and very nice. They have great wax that is lab tested and potent! I will be visiting here again :)

This dispensary is the creme de la creme for medicinal cannabis. They have great deals, killer strains, and an atm in the store, which is pretty nice. The blue dream is incredibly uplifting and perfect for dealing with stress, depression, or insomnia. It's extremely relaxing, and great to smoke before sleeping, but at the same time euphoric. No complaints here.

This dispensary always has a great selection of flowers, edibles, and concentrates. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They tend to have higher prices but if you shop deals its well worth it - would recommend.

I went for the first time a few days ago and everything from initial check-in to the product room was stellar. Super nice people throughout. John helped me and was fantastic: giving me a short tour, a bit of a better clue about BHO and just generally very pleasant to talk to. This is now one of my top two places to go and that's just after this first time. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Well done, CannaCruz!
