Everyone is extremely helpful there! You don’t feel like you’re rushed and they take their time to make sure you’re satisfied. Their menu looks like it’s updated on a regular basis and it’s easy to read/decipher. I generally get their flower and wax, and I’ve never had an issue in the quality of products they sell.

They always have a smile when I come in! Managers are always helpful with any cartridge returns I may have! This is the only dispensary I go to, now!

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! High quality and low prices, great combination. I don't usually smoke pot, but I needed something for chronic pain. I would recommend this store for people who may feel uncomfortable asking questions or going into a dispensary. I will definitely be back!

Came into the shop for the first time today and they have a very nice setup and it's really nice and clean. They also have a great selection of flowers, edibles, concentrates and more. The staff was absolutely great very personable and passionate about what they do. My new favorite shop in Springfield for sure.

This is a dispensary that I've come to appreciate over time. They've got great deals on flower and a wide variety of strains and other great quality products. I'm usually in there feeling awful, and they have some very kind, knowledgeable budtenders that treat people with compassion & patience even when customers aren't quite as kind to them - I've witnessed some stellar customer service. Lovely location my first time in and the front desk clerk was a vary kind easy going person. The check in process was smooth and fast. The budtenders were informative and the menu was vary well printed and easy to fallow.

I travel for work and have been to dispensaries in Washington, Colorado, and Oregon. The staff at this location has always been extremely helpful and professional. I've been to other places that were pretty shady. I've bought nearly every available type of item from them and have always been satisfied. I started coming here some time ago after a bad experience with another bud tender at a shop down the street, and never go anywhere else. As long as they are there, they will have my business.
